Delicious pizzas and great cocktails! Probably one of the best pizzerias in Tempe. My husband and I will definitely go back again. I recommend this place.
Love the layout of this restaurant. It's so open and big which I assume makes it not so loud and has lots of windows, so the light is great. We started with the wings which were the best we have had in a long time. For dinner we had two different types of pizzas and a Caesar salad. Everything was perfect. Also had two kids meals that were really good.Service was also really great.
The pizza was great, the service was friendly and the environment felt welcoming. Sitting outside on the balcony was a great experience. The heat lamps came on just at the right time as the sun set and the evening air became a bit chilly. This was in the 3rd week of March so the evenings are still chilly. You won't be disappointed, go enjoy yourself.
First time and last time trying this restaurant. I felt rushed since it was 1 hour till closing. I tried the wings and ended extremely sick from them. Not recommending and not going back.
First time at Spinatos and it was very good! They were short staffed in the kitchen so, they didn't have pastas or chicken wings so we had the antipasto salad and a medium pizza with my favorite toppings. Pepperoni, pineapple and ricotta cheese. It was delicious. The restaurant is beautiful, big windows, industrial lighting and a cool tile wall behind the bar. I will go back when they are able to employ more kitchen help. I would like to try their pastas, sandwiches and chicken wings. Overall a great experience! I hope they keep up the good work!
Gluten free garlic bread I loved ! Only issue whatever was underneath the cheese made the bread soggy :/ but !!!! Besides that it was a 7/10 pretty great for gluten free ! Also sad you can’t add pepperoni lol that’s just me be a phatty :) Oh & the red sauce was 10/10 ?????? price after tax under $9 great price for GF
It was ok! Pizza sauce was too sweet deep dish the dough was not as bad as other pizza joints I have had pepperoni is very smokey and over powering.. but I will not be coming back for one the thin crust Margherita Pizza was a little better then the thick so my suggestion is to go thin if you stop by the chicken wings on the other hand where bomb AF! We got them with the hot sauce and man they had some nice heat with some great flavor and some sprinkled chives to compleat the look but the price was very unreasonable @ almost 17.00 for 6 wings .we also got the artichoke dip it was also good but very small serving with a abundance of toasted bread ratio they need to even it out to accommodate. Over all I would not recommend this Pizza joint due the the price and mediocre food . We now have better options for Chicago style Pizza in the valley...
The Mamma's Signature pizza paired with the Strawberry Gorgonzola salad is my favorite combo!
We had a couple guests in from out of state and decided to take them here on a recent Saturday night. We ordered 2 large pizzas for 5. They were served hot with a generous amount of our toppings; and they were absolutely delicious. We finished every morsel! Great ambiance too. As a local, I will be back!
First time here. Food and service for wonderful. We had reservations for 6:30, and work quickly seated and our water is taken. Food came out in a timely manner. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves so much that the next thing we knew it was nine and the place was almost empty. (BTW - they close at 9:00 on Friday, and at 8 Monday through Thursday) but you could not tell from the staff for they were constantly polite and courteous. My friend and I split the artichoke dip, I had a small house salad, and their small chicken pesto pizza. Let me tell you they're small Mediterranean pizza can definitely be shared by two people. And there's enough of the artichoke dip for three! The artichoke dip was served with crunchy, toasty seasoned baguette rounds and the artichoke dip had a hint of garlic that was wonderful. The house salad was fresh and served with a dressing of your choice on the side. The pesto chicken pizza is not cut in the traditional way but in squares which made it so much easier to eat. My first bite I was taken back for the pizza was a little sweet. Now I don't know if it was the sweet onions, the pesto, or something else. But after that my taste buds were accustomed and it was quite yummy. I could only eat three pieces before I was full. So the rest of it came home with me which I proceeded to have for lunch for the next 2 days.Yes, go here and do make reservations, just in case.
