I love Sonic's cheeseburgers are pretty good much better than In-N-Out and of course their drinks that they have hands down the best
Stopped by for some drinks during happy hour. It was rather busy, so we did have to wait a while for our drinks. The car hop was on roller blades, which was pretty impressive for how fast and efficient he was being. He forgot 3 straws, which we didn't notice until we got home, but otherwise, the order was correct.
Jan 13 is just went to lunch there and cheese don't look good pretzel was good cheese is out dated or something.
I can't believe I'm saying this but as a person who has worked in the customer service restaurant it is very important that you check your product when making it for the customer I am still scratching my head on how I got a sandwich and the bread had mowed on it that should have been the first thing you saw before you try to prepare my sandwich I'm very disappointed I have emailed corporate about this
Loved the burgers. Loved the crispy chicken sandwich and love the fries. However, I am more impressed by the outstanding customer service I have received the three times I've been to this location. Outstanding!!! Warm, courteous and spirited. I thank you so much.
I got a grape slushie with nerds. They only have one type of candy to chose from so I picked nerds. I got a plain hotdog with nothing on it. When I ate the hot dog the bun was soggy and wet and the hot dog had a weird taste to it. Not like any other hot dog I have ate. It was pretty good tho for the most part
They have the best ice. They sell 10lb bags for approximately $2.50 The employees are not familiar with customer service. Unfortunately, this is the new normal. Ice= 5 stars employees= 1 star
I haven’t been to Sonic in at least 10 years, but decided to stop by for lunch today. I went through the drive thru, and I was blown away by the service! Jack was awesome. My order was right, the food was hot, and Jack was very pleasant and personable. He even gave my dog a biscuit! I had a great experience and will be coming back more often. Thank you for the great service, it definitely does not go unnoticed.
Slowest sonic ever they will have you waiting at the window for 10 minutes for 3 drink
Good food but prices are high for a place that doesn't even have a dine in area.
