You can never go wrong with Sonic. The little fritos chili cheese burritos are my fav munchies right now!
Went through the drive-thru it was a very long line 15 minutes to be exact had two people in the car they wanted to have separate orders but was told by manager that we could not was told one order per car so we proceeded to order and then when we drove up to pay could not pay they couldn't split the credit card payment we were paying with two different cards. you need to get your system straight or not be in business!!!!!
Good experiences when we are able to order from here. 2 star due to frustration of order ahead and mobile orders not working with this location. This is the only location I have this issue with.
Sonic's located at 1122 E Broadway Rd, Tempe, AZ 85282, do not go here the waits are always 20 minutes long, their machines are constantly going out, their system is almost always down so you cant pay with card and they close the store earlier than what their hours are online.
Service was fast! Food was really good….only issue was they messed up my drink order but that was fixed in atimely manner and very professionally.
Love getting slushees here. They are cheap and taste great. Not too great for blasts, whenever I ask and pay for extra reeces, they won’t put in any extra. It’s not coming out of your paycheck??
Super friendly staff, the food is always fresh and hot and the service is great from the staff....even early in the morning.
This location after 5PM is always a wreck. Knowing how this place is i call before i go because its common to show up here and they wont serve anyone for random time periods due to being short staffed or out of "everything" supposedly. Tonight we left with plenty of time before they closed, called ahead of course to make sure, and upon arrival an employee came running at us almost throwing himself onto the hood when we were pulling into the lot. He said they closed early due to short staffing. I wasnt suprised one bit, like the 10 extra minutes to make shakes and tater tots was too much. Im a bit miffed due to driving so far and calling ahead to make sure we werent going to arrive to this problem just to arrive to said problem. Thats the general vibe here a majority of the time and honestly its the kind of thing that makes you not want to go back because it happens so often. Staff being lazy is a huge reason for reviews like this.
Called about hours to confirm, was told they were closing at 1, pulled in at 12:50 to be told they were closing early due to short staffing. A whole 10 minutes must make a big difference when you’re lazy
Stopped by per just had to try their Bacon on Bacon. Drove up to the window, and it's so close to your car window that it feels like they could just reach into your car LoL! Sorry but it was hilarious at the moment. Anywho... tall slim guy was pleasant and great customer service. By the way... it was Pretty delicious!
