Horrible customer service. They gave me an incomplete order. Didn’t find out until I had reached my destination. I called to let them know and I was told I can come back to pick up just the part that was missing. My complaint is that this isn’t a mistake I made, therefor I should be compensated in some way for having to come back to have their mistake corrected. I tried to give this location another chance. I came back. Placed my order. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. While multiple customers came in and out with their orders. I spoke with a manager name Erica. I asked about corporate phone number. She said it’s on the receipt. I check the receipt. No number. Then she tells me it’s on the website. It was like pulling teeth out just to get corporate number. I will be contacting them as well. As I shouldn’t be treated like this as a paying customer. (Joseph took my order on both days)Edit (reply): I respectfully decline calling to speak with store manager Margie, as I spoke with her regarding my first issue and she was very rude. I’m already in contact with corporate.
I only come for the Cinnabon's, I'm sorry. But they are amazing, addictive, balls of goo that I've passed on to my little boy. He loves them too. We love to split one together.
Had a great sandwich but covid measures have limited acces to things like napkins and hot sauce.
All the people that work there are so nice and respectful especially the manager she was so kind on taking orders I'm sure her name was Margie and the others really know how to make your day lotz better their names were Ernest,Vanessa,and Rogelio all of them made my day better.!!:))10/10
So good !! Yum yum! Had the club sandwich on sourdough. The sandwich is huge. You get your money's worth. Thanx for a great lunch.

Great place for a less-than expensive meal. Fast service via Drive-thru. Great tasting sandwiches, VERY yummy! Can't wait to visit again.I tried their new sandwich: Bacon Bread Beef Smokecheesy. It was my last 1 hour lunch time(it's 30 min now). This was so good, I wished for an extra 1/2 hour to allow a short nap!
I’ve been coming here since I was a child. Today, a manager by the name of Sergio gave me the worst customer service experience. He was extremely rude and cut me off the entire time I was trying to order. When I came up to the window and tried to repeat my order to make sure it was correct he closed the window in the middle of me talking and walked away. When he decided to come back to the window he was still rude the entire time her took my payment. Then he got my order wrong and did not correct it. He did not change the way he was talking to me nor did he show any compassion while I remained patient trying to deal with him. I will not be coming back to this location and I hope no one else has a bad experience coming here. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location based on the poor management and lack of customer service skills.
