There was not a single thing I could say negative about my recent visit to Red Robin's Gourmet Burgers at Tempe marketplace. The staff was very friendly the moment I walked in. Our waitress was very courteous and friendly. I ordered a Red Robin Zombie that was featured on their menu. It was made perfectly.And I haven't even mentioned the burgers we ordered. I decided to try a Burnin' Love Burger. Not the kind of burger for someone who doesn't like spice in their life you're better off getting a delicious Bacon Guacamole Cheeseburger, and remember you always get bottomless fries! They will keep bringing them to you until you can handle it anymore! Their onion rings were very crisp and tasty too!
Good service. Food was out really quick. We did honestly go here about 30 minutes before they closed so the quality of food could have been way better. My burger bun was very dry and the fries were overcooked as well.
Got the scorpion burger and garlic fries. All very tasty. Had the pretzel bites for an appetizer. Friendly service. Burger was so big (high) that I had a time to get my mouth around it. Food was fresh and hot.
We went on a Saturday around 6pm. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. As we walked through the restaurant to the patio the inside carpet was horrible. Looks like they had not vacuumed in days. I wouldn't have eaten inside, disgusting!! Our waiter Rob was excellent! Great customer service! J got a Modello and he said it was nice and cold. I had water because all the mixed cocktails always taste like juice. I ordered the red robin royal burger. It had bacon and a fried egg on it, It was delicoius! The fries they put on the plate made me frown so I immediately asked for fresh fries, they came right out. J ordered the smokehouse brisket. He said it was delicious! We were so full when we left that we never made it to Dave & Busters. We really enjoyed our food and the service. Great Job Rob! We will be back!
To have food come out congealed or to have a burger come out where it's so cold the cheese won't even melt on it is worthy of not repeating business. And honestly how much do you not care about the quality of food to just throw cold cheese on a cold burger and not even have it presentable?
Great service, and good food. I had the mushroom and swiss burger and it was really yummy but the mushrooms could've been cooked a wee bit longer because they didn't feel like I was eating fully sauteed mushrooms. Also the scorned scorpion burger is less spicy than the burning love burger, so keep that in mind if you want something that packs a punch, my friend was disappointed that his burger wasn't as spicy as he'd hoped. Lastly, if you want strawberry lemonade don't get the freckled lemonade because its strawberry flavor is natural and therefore it's really subtle. However, our service was exceptional and the food was yummy and filling so I give it 4 stars.
Ordered through door dash and disgusted. Appears to be moldy broccoli and over cooked chicken. Also ordered sweet potato fries, which was an added cost, and got regular steak fries. Portions are small and overall experience was awful. Would never order from here again.

Been to this location several times. We always have a great experience. Doesn’t matter who you get as a server. Everyone is great. Tonight we went in for an early birthday celebration for me. Mitch was our waiter, there were about 10 or 11 of us, and he did a phenomenal job. Everything it came out quickly and correctly.
Had some dinner here before going to Suns game. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my friend had the fish and chips. Server was very friendly and got what needed. Food came out and was nice and hot. Food was very good, will definitely came back.
