Vintage fast food done right. Always cheap and tasty, what you want from a fast burger joint. Recommend the funnel cake fries for dessert. 10/10!
We ordered 2 big Bufurd combos. They took it upon theirselves to add a coupon or discount to the order which made it only one combo and a burger.. we get to the window and they completely ignore us for like 3 minutes. They do not care.
The fry-seasoned tenders are the worst thing on the menu. Tasted old, dry, and barely had any flavor. Definitely pass on those guys. Maybe they are better fresh??♀️
Burger was juicy and delicious.French fries are always seasoned perfectly.Drove through for my order and staff was efficient and prompt.
Asked for fresh chicken patties at the speaker and got to the window & waited a bit which I don't mind if the food was fresh like asked and ordered but instead got old chicken patties?? had to tell them can I have fresh like I asked the first and only time and the girl at window tried to argue with me and the manager had to come over and correct her which I loved. Had to park and get out which I hated but got my order and had to drive 17 mins away to home.
First time coming to this location. Rallys make my favorite burger, the baconzilla burger. The food is tasty and filling. My order came out fast and correction. This location was very clean, the outside patio also clean, the workers are nice and friendly. I recommend eating here to everyone.
Had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE at this location. We love Rallys and decided to stop by for a quick bite before heading back home since we don't have a Rallys near us. Long story short the wait for our food was ridiculous and the Manager who was a black woman and the 2 hispanic workers had ZERO respect for their customers arguing with us about a refund and when mentioning we would call corporate the mgr replied with saying she did not give a fu**,,,,how is this a good example for your employees? we complained online about our experience and were compensated with free fries,,, what a JOKE! Please do better when hiring your staff.
The 5 day employee at the register charged us for cheese that was already included in our burgers! I brought this to his attention and as I'm standing there waiting for him to resolve it he kept asking 2 managers to help him and they just kept ignoring even though one of them was just looking at me while she was simply putting French fries in the deep friar and was doing nothing else!! Find some guys just came over and gave me a dollar. Poor service for mediocre food. Poor training of their employee and lack of management attention do a sister employee.
Service here is usually amazing, food is usually hot and delicious, but this time, I had a huge spot of green mold on my hamburger bun, and I had driven too far to take it back so I just took it as a loss.
Never come here as a delivery driver! Every single time that I've tried to pick up for a customer, it's at least a 45 minute wait. Tonight was an hour and a half. They told me the order was being prepared as I got there, 20 minutes later they told me that the order was already picked up by someone else 2 hours ago. After convincing them to remake the order for the customer, it took over an hour before the order was finally ready (after being told that it would only be 5 minutes to finally make that order that I already waited 20 minutes for). They told me that there was a large order that came in before me, but that's not possible considering I went up to that window twice, before that large order even went up to the window.
