This was my first time ordering from this place. ordering was easy, delivery was quick. Cost of sandwich good, until tax, MANDATORY TIP (NO TIP SHOULD ever BE MANDATORY), AND DELIVERY CHARGE WERE ADDED.but the restaurant gets 1 star for a really LOUSY sandwich. I orderED "A WRECK" with beef, ham, turkey, salami, i added cheddar cheese, onions, lettuce, pickle (bad choice), ital. dressing, MAYO. and it was indeed a WRECK.Meat and cheese SPARSE, ONE very THIN slice of each.. Onion was wilted and so was the tomato, lettuce was BROWN and wilted.Edges of beef and turkey were brown, hard, curled. OLD, in other words. Meat and cheese slices were the thinnest possible, from a a slicer I think.Temp 100 today, sandwich should have been ON an ICE PACK. the bread was soggy and warm.this sandwich was truly A WRECK. i wont eat the second half, i dont want to get sick. If management cares at all, someone should come and SEE the thing that was delivered to me. And I'm sorry about this, the place has a lot of good reviews, and I love subs, so i was REALLY anticipating and EXCELLENT SANDWICH! NOT worth it, and i wont order from this place again.Mrs. J. If you’re looking for a quick sandwich to go you just can’t beat Potbelly Sandwiches. They are having variety of sandwiches like smoked ham, roast beef, turkey breast , grilled chicken and tuna salad.. Undoubtedly one of the best in town.. Though most of the time I pick it as “to go” but I really love their places, which give some vintage America vibes.. Those who are yet to try I would say go and try it I am sure you would love it ?
It's Potbelly... if you haven't tried it, you need to. The soups are great, the quality of ingredients on the sandwiches are excellent. The bread is always really good too.
Food was fresh. I always like fresh. They had one big table where about 12 to 15 of us could sit together which was nice.
When you go get the mamas meatball sub by far the best meatball sandwich at any sandwich shop...will be back again the food and staff were amazing...
Best place to grab some appetizing and flavorsome, best in its class sandwiches fit for anytime of the day. Great staff, lightening fast service and a beautiful place to be.
I was given the incorrect order and when I reordered, they gave me a bag of cookies with an apology! I didn't realize they knew they messed up my order. I appreciate the amazing customer service.
Great sandwiches try the Werk turkey samitch very good along with the Potpie soup very deserving
