I work in the area and I walk to dine in on my lunch breaks. I like the fast service inside by the front counter. I always order simple so they don't mess up my order and it's always fresh. Only down (for me), they keep the A/C blasting!! I understand its Hot as Hell outside but I feel like they keep the A/C at 66. I don't have any real complaints.
This is the WORST guest service I have ever had. I made the order on UBER Eats. The man messed up my order, wrong order number, missing my chicken sandwiches, missing my pie, and wrong drinks. AND when I came back, the man was going to switch and correct my order, the brown lady at the front desk staring at me like I was the one mess up the order with the worst attitude I had ever had. And the dinni is dirty, no one clean the tables, so I will never come back and tell everyone should not come to here and make any order, cause you need to check how many pieces chicken you have in your box.
First time ever at a Popeyes…. I pulled up trying to order and then the cashier corrected me on how to order and when I spoke to the manager I was informed that this is the way she wants her employees to treat paying customers cause it’s easier….. they just don’t want to look you in the eye while doing it and when I mentioned from a customer standpoint it’s rude and her response was I’m a customer too and feel it’s better that way …. No it’s not educate and show some respect to customers new or oldI’m glad she had her employees back but at the same time don’t be letting hide under your skirt
When we ordered, they had us park to wait for our food. 20 minutes later, they brought the food, but forgot our cole slaw and bbq sauce. When we got home, we noticed they didn't give us spicy chicken tenders as requested. We will not come back to this location. Love their food but the service was horrible.
popeyes is pretty consistent foodwise. this location never tastes like they use old oil and the staff is both nice and quick. fill out ur surveys and get you free 2pc and biscuit!
First thing, we have been eating here since this location was built and never,never had a problem. Tonight my wife orders through an app. Gave the girl working the intercom the number and asked for mashed potatoes and CAJUN RICE. Started to pull forward and my wife tells me that cajun rice ws not on the menu board. ok so we get to the window and I ask the guy who took my credit card "do you still have cajun rice?" He could hardly muster up the energy to tell me "Yes" I say "are you sure? its not on the menu board" He mumbles out another "yes" I say ok. Hands me the bag and I ask again "you did give me cajun rice right?" Yes he says again. I pull forward open the bag and surprise, red beans and rice. I pull around the building to go inside to make things right. Doors are locked. drive thru only. Now I have to sit in this line again. Now im upset. Get to the window and I just about screamed for the manager. I told him that I asked 4 times to be sure there would be no mistake. He says "oh you want cajun rice? He says "oh its been discontinued". I say well why didnt he tell me that?, he says "it was a minor mistake". But somehow they did have cajun rice. Anyway when I get home Surprise surprise, no mashed potatoes . bisquits were hard like hockey pucks and the chicken was not fresh. There is a difference between hot fresh chicken and hot chicken thats been sunbathing under a heat lamp. If you put an employee at the window, maybe teach them a little something called customer service. Maybe just a hello. If they do not know the menu or how to speak clearly the have them mop floors until they do. Poor management at its finest. Have it on video if you would like to dispute my claim.....................Update 5/10/22 I love fried chicken. Unfortunately Gus's and Lo lo's are too far from home so we took a chance on this place again. This meal is a 5pce chicken 2 small sides and 2 bisquits. Supposed to feed 2 people but as you can tell the sides are a fraud. Seriously does this place not make enough money that they have to steal back the food you pay a premium for? It used to be a good place. Also got a chicken sandwich that came out of the aluminum bag like a sponge and the fries were not fresh either. Literally about a teaspoon of each side. Hope they hurry up and finish the Gus's in ahwatukee soon. Stays at 1 star and 6 yucks. Thanks popeye. Al Copeland is rolling over in his grave.
When arrived, 4-5 crew members outside shooting the breeze. Was told only dark meat-chicken received cold and greasy. Only good items were sandwiches. Persuasive enough reason to avoid fir a few weeks if not months. Sad-really like their chicken
The last 4-5 times we have been to this location, we have checked our food and we are ALWAYS missing an item. Every single time. Sometimes we are able to drive back real quick to get it, or remind them while still there, but sometimes we get home and realize this. More than one star because what we do actually receive is always good and fresh.
What can I say? Popeyes is my go-to place for red beans and rice! Their chicken strips or fingers, whichever you care to call them, are really quite delicious I love the blackened Ranch dip that they have the only place I've ever found that dip! Did I mention the red beans and rice? They are one of my favorites I never get red beans and rice prepared anywhere else although I do purchase Zatarain's and make them at home with sausage! Try them you will love them! Did I mention the red beans and rice?
Excellent fried chicken. Loved the mac and cheese and really loved the beans/rice combo side dish. The drive thru operators were very nice as well. Good experience.
