I waited 30 minutes because that what the clerk told me the wait was going to be to receive an 11 piece meal. He said it was my "perogative" if I wanted to wait. Then after 30 minutes I went to the counter to get my spicy chicken and they said it would be an additional 15 minutes. They gave me to refrigeration cold containers of Cajun rice. I could go on and on but this place was absolutely horrible as far as the staff is concerned.
It's funny because I was going to leave a 1 star review and apparently 2 years ago I gave it 5 stars. Different crew today.I only went in for the dirty rice come back. Ordered a combo with a side of dirty rice. I got two sides of mashed potatoes and chicken. The food was great. But I was really annoyed since the register guy corrected me when I said Cajun rice. Very unprofessional experience. I tried calling to get it fixed and no luck. Rough
I placed a mobile order to this location. I drove here and saw a sign that said no mobile orders but was already charged for it. The manager "Joe" (I doubt that was his real name) refused to provide any helpful service and only told me to pay in cash again or to go to another location and hope they would accept the order. He also refused to call another location to see if they would. Joe didn't give me a corporate number, and when he called the manager, he didn't let me talk to them.
First off they were only taking cash. Not a problem, I go and get cash. I come back thru the Drive-Thru and the young lady speaking in the microphone was stuttering, And she was talking to other employees while taking my order. On top of that they were out of almost everything with 30 Minutes left until close. Apparently it was only 4 pieces of chicken left and only 8 nuggets left. Again with 30 MINUTES LEFT UNTIL CLOSE.I Will never go back to this place!!!
If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. This is the worst Popeyes in the valley. Customer service is non existent. The wait time to even be spoken to was more than fifteen minutes. The staff was rude. They were out of items. All around it was an awful experience. So bad that we didn't bother to order because it took tapping on the counter to get the attention of a member of staff who instead of helping us passed us on to another employee who was just as useless. This restaurant is out of service and should just be closed for all the good it does customers.
Black Racist manager won’t allow multiple orders inside when many Black people have ordered. Then makes us go thru drive thru only. Then makes us go thru the slow A** line for each order when we have multiple orders yes, I‘m white. Takes over 40 minutes for $20 of food.I will be contacting the AG. This is just crazy.
I ordered their surf and turf box. They didn't even give me half the food they promised. There was maybe one piece of chicken and a small handful of shrimp. They completely forgot the biscuit.
The food is still good but the attitude that the staffs were giving us during drive through was horrible. It was rude and just made us feel uncomfortable. Also, we got no straws for our drink when it has a lid?and we had to wait for so long for our food to be out! Just horrible experience ??
Absolutely LOVE Popeyes. But this is the 2nd time I've had HORRIBLE service & communication from the drive-thru. Will never go back to this location unless the staff is trained properly and knows how to speak respectfully to customers.
Very long wait. The employees are very rude. About 60% of the time. Sometimes you get someone nice. The food is fresh sometimes as well. I will be going to a new location unfortunately. ?
