I went there after 1pm with my non Indian friends . The first person at the front desk was really good but he left very soon and the next one was showing worse customer service. He did not put the order right , food was delayed and he was confused about everything. I felt ashamed in front of my friends seeing his service. Now I will not bring any of my friends there, now I know why the customers are less there. Food is good but service very bad.

I am not an expert on Indian food, but I really enjoyed my meal here. The food tasted excellent and the price was fair for a very large portion (that I am sure I will enjoy again tomorrow). I was most impressed with how friendly the person at the counter was. They took the time to explain menu items that I didn't understand. While I was sat eating my meal, they passed through the dining area to make sure all the patrons were satisfied. The biryani I got was nice and spicy. I have a pretty high tolerance for hot food, and the medium-spice option was plenty hot.

Vada Pav was great though the bread was not very authentic. Onion pakoras were extreme salty. Gobi Manchurian and biryanis were good. The baturas were thick and most restaurants got deviated to this. Tea was good. I didn’t like them asking to show online order email before handing out the order. Also they forgot raita and salan with the biryanis being such careful to ask for an email.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless I absolutely have to. This is by far the worst managed “restaurant” I have ever been to and I feel bad for anyone that takes their not only hard earned money, but precious TIME. Mind you I am picking up an order and had to wait for an hour while asking FIVE TIMES for updates on the order. Absolutely no sense of urgency for their customers and food delivery drivers. Never will step foot in here again.

Have been going here for quite some time now. This is the closest to the Indian food I have had back home in India. A few of their dishes that I really like and regularly order are Vijaywada Biryani, Chicken 65, Kati Rolls, Chaat (all of them) and Lassi. The quality of their food is consistent which is what makes me a regular customer here.

Recently ordered for for around 15 ppl.Placing order till delivery was alll smooth. I would highly recommend P&C for any party orders.Food was just awsome, we ordered Biryani(Veg,Chicken), Naan & Some gravy. Everything was just soo delicious. Naan was super soft. I am very happy with overall services.

They would not accept the online orders half the time so don’t bother placing it online especially through their own website, has happened on multiple ocassions now, after waiting for 48 mins on an order they tell us they didn’t receive it, it is pretty bad and slow service! Their food is not bad, just disappointing service!

We tried this place for the first time and it was amazing. Tried the pani puri and was better by comparison to some of the others I’ve tried in the area. We had 2 of the biryanis. The Dhum Chicken Biryani was amazing. Loved the combination of heat and flavor. The tikka chicken one was also well done. Just as flavorful and had the perfect amount of meat to rice for my liking. Did a goat curry to round out the try. This was also so tinder and went so well with everything else. The only 2 negative points I can give them was on the bread and samosas. The bread was not as done for a few pieces. And the samosas for sure were quiet hard fried. Loved the flavor overall but other than that I still say this was a five cause for my first time going I was impressed. Will be back again and soon.

Worst management. Yesterday I have ordered the food in the afternoon and I called them and told that I will come in 30 mints to pick up the food. They said ok. I went to the restaurant for pickup but they closed the store and I called 25 times but no response and I literally waited almost 2 hours in my car in-front of the restaurant. I really frustrated. Again at 5pm after they open the store I went and collect my food.Note to the management: If your restaurant closes at 2:30pm then don't take any orders before around that time. I never order food from this place anymore. Thanks!

This was our first time at Pastries N Chat and it will certainly will not be the last. We were pleasantly surprised about so many things, the food was excellent, and plentiful, the service we received was beyond wonderful. I am sorry that I did not get front desk person name, he patiently explained all the dishes that we would get, and later explained the ones that were giving us all that heat, btw we loved the heat. If you love South Indian food, please do yourself a favor and try Pastries N Chat.
