Leftovers heated in oven very well?This deserves 3.9 stars- very close to 4 stars
Ordered online for delivery. Got order number and everything. Waited a very long time so decided to call in and was told they thought it was carry out, so my food had just been sitting there and I was waiting for nothing. Thanks, switching to Dominos.
Worst customer service ever!!! I won't waste my money here again when they can't even fix a issue they caused. Now they can keep my $10 in papa rewards they kept, I will no longer be a customer that they can hang up on just they don't have intelligence to figure out a solution for me. And if Chris is the manager he needs to be fired asap, he didn't even try to help me. Only told me what he couldn't do, never one offered a solution for me so I chose my own solution. I will never be a customer again.
Ordered TWO pizzas, opened them up and none of them can with peppers or garlic sauce even though I paid extra for garlic sauce!!! I’m disappointed. Delivery driver was sweet though.
Didn't look as appealing as I hoped it would've been... Additional topping didnt even cover half the pizza...Also... Thought if i ordered half of this pizza with an additional topping of pineapple for a friend it would being a great end to the night... But meh...??
I think that Papa John’s over in Tempe off of McClintock and southern is pretty good. I got a New York style extra large pepperoni that was awesome completely full of pepperoni. I highly recommend that store.
Ordered a pizza and it said 26-36 mins for delivery. Waited over an hour and nothing so I called 20+ times and they didn’t answer until the last try, when they picked up they said they were out of the type of pizza we ordered and said that they were just about to call(over an hour later).
Worst customer service ever. Ordered pizza, paid for it including tip, waited for 2 hours, called and nobody answered during those 2 hours. Next day, talked to manager who said your card will be refunded. Your order was Voided. Nobody called to say it was voided and we waited till 2am, No Pizza. Never had that poor level of customer service. Papa Johns, if you are going to VOID an order, call the customer!

I used to have to place an order switch the address to my home address I made sure of it because I work in one area and I live in another they didn't switch it right and it got delivered to my work and I told them to cancel the order when they were delivering it cuz they called me it wasn't canceled and I'm now going through so much trouble just to get my refund and that is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered from Papa John's all the time I spend an average 40 to $80 every single time I order at least every other week and now I don't think I'll ever order from you guys again. I love the pizza but this is ridiculous
