I order delivery 2-3 times weekly for a year. 40% fail rate on accuracy/consistency/missing or incorrect items.When it’s good it is enjoyable (it’s why I kept ordering) though a bit over priced especially since the menu prices are higher on the app for delivery plus the extra fees.The last straw was calling the 855 number to speak with a supervisor about the inconsistency with my orders; I was told to call the store directly going forward.I told the supervisor to Read the Reviews- they Never Answer their phones.It felt like a huge brush off. And he was very rude to boot. Zero resolve.Goodbye Panera.
It shouldn't take 10 minutes YES 10 MINUTES to get a drink soup and a bread given in a bag to a customer .... all you see is people laughing and talking around instead of getting the order done... some of us don't get long lunches so instead of laughing and standing around why not just get the food served to get the customers out of ur drive way ??? I know it was 10 minutes cause I have a timer on my phone for my lunch .... plus no one answers and when they do they answer and hang up its ridiculous
Horrible location! Every time I come Here I tell Them exactly How I want my macaroni and cheese. The cashier seem to get my order right but the cooks brain must always never click! First the boy didn’t even add any toppings to my macaroni, then he only adds 2 of the 3 toppings, then he adds a topping I didn’t even ask for! I will Be keeping my receipt and will be back to get my money back!!! Idc about replacing my order I want My money! & then after that plan to never return to this location!
Excellent sandwich.Once you figure how the menu works. Great staff to help. Just a tad pricy.

The customer service was horrible. I ordered a six pack of cookies and they also came out horrible, appearance wise. As if they were in a hurry and slapped a tiny bit of frosting in and decorated horribly! The cookies looked nothing like the picture!! Me being in a rush, I just took them to work. Mind you I never been to any Panera Bread, I had a gift card which led me to coming here. From experience, I would never visit this location again.
Selection was awful. I stood inside for almost 10 minutes before I was helped. The young woman working was overwhelmed as she was by herself while the line of customers continued to build up. Finally a second worker appeared only to see the amount of customers and turn around and disappear. There were several items I wanted and none were available so I settled on a bear claw. It was good.
Really good food but bit of a wait on your order, wish I had more time to spend there, dine in.
LoVe ? this dang place!!! Frontega Chicken melt, chipotle focaccia sandwixs.Their Flatbread pizza is ?..... I can't get enuff of the chicken Caesar salad.... No broccoli ? ? cheese soup will ever compare to theirs in one of their famous sourdough bread bowls. If u were one of the fortunate ones with a Gramma who could cook circles around any old fashion restaurant, be prepared to break her ?❤️ when she asks what u think of this chain foodie hole's mass produced slop.... I would slap my own gma just to get a bite of anything on the menu...Bon Appetit, mad mom-selle.
Another superb meal. Alyssa Hines was super helpful and was cleaning tables nearly every minute. Clean, clean, and good sized portions. This warner road location is clean and the food was great - the staff is amazing!
