I have been visiting the Guadalupe & McClintock location in Tempe for several years and I would like to commend Emma--who I believe is a new employee here. It is such a joy to encounter someone who is really proud of their job and seems happy and eager to greet and help customers. Love Panera's fresh food and amazing coffee! Elvira Q
The service is great, but the food tastes like cafeteria food from a public school. It tastes like they use kraft services so I honestly don’t know how they can reasonably charge what they do. Panera is just for people who find pepper spicy.
Didnt go here but did order online. It was fairly easy to do. I selected a time for my delivery and it actually showed up 15 minutes early..thats a bonus I guess. The food was fresh. We all know its a list $$ but I couldnt leave the house this day and they delivered. Was happy with the service i got?
Little backround story on this business. National company that's quite a bully! Thouse of you that remember the little Italian place that was there for years, tasty family owned Italian place. Well the reason why they are no longer there is because their lease didn't get renewed by the landlord because this company wanted to get in....very sad...& the food will never measure up to the prices, service and quality of the little Italian place
Just ordered from here and had it delivered since I'm under the weather. I order the chicken soup group size. Tell me why I had 1 scoop of noodles and chicken and the rest was broth for $20?!? Never eating at another panera bread again. Such a rip off
Sandwiches were a mess and dining room was closed for seemingly no reason. Signs claimed it was due to short staffing, but they don't provide table service, so I guess that just means they couldn't handle wiping down some tables. Also out of multiple things, which I get happens, but still a disappointment.
Although the food is still good...the establishment itself is in need of repairs. Many seats were torn, floor look worn and dirty...The entire time I was there..no one cleaned or cleared dirty dishes off several tables. The prices are a bit off the wall. I cant see myself eating there again. Too bad...I use to really like Panara.
Asked for a baguette and got chips. Once I realized their error I went inside only to be told they were out. No one mentioned that when I was ordering. They just assumed chips were ok. Their lemonade was also watered down. Won’t be back for sure.
Always a nice place to visit. Always quiet even when large groups are there for meetings. Great variety of food and never dissatisfied.
I visited this Panera Bread on November 4th 2021 and I was met with the absolute best customer service and I appreciate it very much, thank you so much for some of the best customer service that I've had in a long time!
