The place looks clean and well stocked. It’s in the mall though so there’s no drive-through.
I don’t know if it’s cause all the staff are young but they seem to think they don’t have to acknowledge you as stand there waiting they look you in your eye and cant even say “be with you in a minute”.My meal is missing the arugula... I’m just debating do i even call do they even care? They don’t seem to acknowledge you at all while you’re there. The staff walks around looking upset. Idk if it’s drama with staff but they just don’t seem friendly.There’s a couple nice ones there but idk I might just start going to a different location and see how it is.
The new kiosk to place your order is so convenient, especially when you don't want to hold up the line. Panera's menu has numerous items my vegan daughter can order.The mini chippers are so delicious. I can never devour just one. This establishment is always clean and organized.
The staff at this spot are energetic and friendly. The place is clean and the food comes out quick. You can also ring yourself up on the tablets or app, and self serve your drinks. This location lost a star because they ran out of half and half and creamer on my recent visit, which was super annoying.
Ordered food for for dine-in at the Tempe Town Square location and were disappointed with their customer service. The employee who handed us the order knew the food here was giving us was cold (because he told us it had been sitting) and didn't offer to heat it up. After finishing our food, my girlfriend, *A MOTHER* on*MOTHER'S DAY WEEKEND* was refused the restroom because they had already cleaned it and were close to closing and was told to go elsewhere. We were paying customers and it was 15 min. until closing. I recommend avoiding this location. There are plenty of others close by.
I wish there was a Panera Bread in the high country.. it's worth the drive.. love their Mac n cheese bowls and my mother in law enjoyed the chicken noodle soup.. she never been here and she enjoyed the friendly staff and the place was very clean.. thanks for making our experience great..
I had years that I havent visit this place that I even forgot how to order what I wanted lol I placed my Order in one of the kiosk they have and I thought I was getting one of these bread bowls with my soup but I didn't since I didn't place it right . Went up to a register to try to buy just the bread and asked the lady how to order next time? manager on duty came up and gave the bread without charging me thought this was so nice of him. My food was GREAT ? I ordered the pick 2 broccoli cheddar soup and bacon turkey sándwich . Service was EXELLENT ohh I almost forgot on the way out my son had to grabbed one of these candy cookies they have and it was delicious
Always great service, fresh food and lovely atmosphere. Always love their croissants, fresh cookies and flat breads. Their soups are quite delicious.
Ordered take-out in the restaurant. Made sure we picked up the correct order, took it home, only to find out they filled out our order wrong. The sandwiches they did provide were soggy. Very, very disappointing experience.
Soups were mediocre. Only slightly warm, & was there the second they put it in the window for pick up. Waited 30min for 2 soups to go & restaurant wasn't busy& only a few other pick up orders. So far, not overly impressed with Panera. Esp with all the hype & the cost.
