This was my first order after downloading and using the APP. I changed the pickup time from ASAP to 30 minutes. Upon arrival, my 'small' order (Panda Bowl) wasn't ready yet. I was told they were still cooking one of the entre's and would have to wait another 10 minutes. I question whether the APP is worth keeping. I mean, the whole point is to order ahead and skip the wait; right?
The employees here are rude and unprofessional. I went in and there were no other customers. I stood there with the tray and not a single employee said anything. They ignored me completely... No "we'll be right with you" or greeting just utter silence and kept talking among themselves. Stood there for a good 3 mins and even made eye contact with a few of the employees.This is not a single occurrence either. You have lost my business. I suggest readers find a business that treats their customers with decency and courtesy. 6/4/22
So disappointed in my food tonight. Feel like when you go in the drive thru they just don’t care. I order a bowel and looks the size a kids meal and rangoon‘s old.
Kids there have attitude and don’t even add any sauce to your orders. Have to be real specific what you want. Napkins, Spoons, forks, teriyaki sauce cause they won’t add none… maybe it’s the afternoon shift that only does it cause it happens multiple times after 5 ..
I've eaten at a lot of Panda Expresses in the valley but this one by far has the best food I know it's all the same but they actually know how to keep their chicken crunchy until served
Went here with my son for dinner. It was clean. The servers were friendly. The food was good. Most everything was premade and ready to go. My only complaint was that due to that the egg rolls were a little dry and over cooked. Maybe from sitting under the heat lamps. Other than that it was fine. Got a good chuckle when we opened our fortune cookies and had the exact same fortune ?
I go to this location quite a bit. Lately the customer service has been awful but today was the breaking point. I could understand if somebody’s in a bad mood but to basically throw attitude that you would you literally just ordered some thing and said nothing else is ridiculous. If you don’t like your job quit and do something Else
If I am being honest, I do have fond memories of this Panda Express from my middle school days.However, those fond memories are currently being destroyed by the knowledge that Panda Express is still sourcing eggs from hens in cruel and filthy battery cages. Even KFC has made a commitment to stop this. KFC!!! And Panda Express hasn't??? This is ridiculous and outdated. I will be ensuring that my friends and family avoid Panda Express until this is rectified.
I’d give negative stars if possible… My kids love panda but this location has been more than frustrating and I avoid eating here now my boyfriend and our friends now hate this location too. I was hopeful tonight and was let down again, I don’t know if it the management or what. The staff is I credibly lazy. They’ll say they’re not cooking something an hour to 2 hours before close and tell you it’s out instead…. Every single time now. Then they tell you to park and come inside because they can’t bring it to you and another time they brought it to me 25 minutes later because my order got left on the counter only to check bag and find out they forgot two of my entrees. I’ve actually never left a negative comment anywhere but this location is in desperate need of a change in management or something. I’m sure the owner does NOT appreciate the pure and utter laziness of its staff so I’m posting this to make the owner aware of what goes on. Again this is my 5th attempt in a year and it’s still awful. This is my last straw I will not be back but I hope you guys improve for your future customers.
I understand that it’s 8:15pm and you close at 9 but how does a SO CALLED Chinese restaurant RUN OUT OF FRIED RICE?!?!?! And it’s going to be TEN MINUTES?!?!?! I try to use these companies during a time when things are rough but NONE OF THEM CARE!!! The employees stop cooking food an hour before they close, the service is horrible, and I always just end up back home making my own food. What a joke!
