All these chain restaurants are the same, they all justify a means. A quick bite for lunch or dinner. The food is okay nothing great, although just like every other chain restaurant in the portions have grown smaller as the price increases.
Never have to wait long, if at all when I go! Today Kelsey W cashed me out and she was an absolute delight!!! So friendly and easy to chat with. Definitely gave my day an extra little pep!! Thanks to the whole crew, as well! Food was, as always, hot!! And a clean lobby filled with people enjoying lunch:)
I ALWAYS have a great experience eating at this Panda express. Especially compared to other locations. They always have what I want to order and if they don't they will make it for you if you wait. They are always super nice and never screw up my order (like other locations) I will just come to this location from now on even though it is much farther from my house and there is a much closer location. (because that location sux)
The manager needs to be fired at this location. By far the most unorganized place I've ever been to. They worry about the drive thru and not the customers indoors. I saw 4 people in front of me wait for over 10min for food that was right in front of them. I waited for over 15min and after telling the guy 3 times what I wanted because he kept forgetting he wrote it down on the tape out box and then didn't even fill it up and i waited another 5 min. This is beyond laughable.
I eat out a lot. Most of the time 4 out of 5 times when I go to this Panda Express I get the same mean mugging Mexican lady. I always am polite in hopes she will do me right but she never does. When one of my plate items is black pepper steak this is what I usually get from her. I sorted out all the broccoli and mushrooms on the top part. I got these 4 tiny pieces of steak and one med size. She always serves me like this but every one else gives me a regular amount. I come here at least 2 times a month for the last 10 years abouts and she has been there for past 3 or more years. I am tired of it I worked 12 hard hours today and am really hungry. I will probably never go back to this location.
Food was great but I ordered in the app, when I checked in it said wait and it would be brought to me. I wanted almost 15 minutes before I went to ask where my food was. Because the printout didn't show the type of soda I ordered they put it in the hotbox. They didn't bother to ask me or anything so as a result I was late returning from lunch.
What restaurant do YOU know that serves iced tea but has NO artificial sweetener? Answer: NONE. Only Panda. I’ve been bringing this to the attention of store management for MONTHS. No one cares or takes any action. This is NONSENSE.When I order “walnut” chicken I expect the server to make sure there ARE walnuts included. I’m just funny that way! I do NOT want to have to wait for the attention of an employee and ask for them. I’m busy… and this is inconvenient.When you’re almost out of a product I do NOT expect you to fill the container 75% full. I EXPECT you to wait until you get the item replenished OR offer me something else.I’ve been a customer of Panda for many years all over the USA. Recent management decline leaves me feeling like I should go elsewhere. THIS feedback REQUIRES a personal phone call but they never respond to such requests.
The the first time I had ever eaten here and the food was good and the employees were nice and they were very prompt. The wait in line was very minimal. The reason that I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was the parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver as it is and they had like half of it blocked off for some reason so if you have a bigger SUV like I do, its very hard to get in and out of if there are other cars trying to park.
Good & fresh because so many people come here , but make sure you don't show up right before closing, they won't have the full menu available...
Burnt fried rice and dry, dried up teriyaki chicken , and old zucini . Very disappointed
