I looked up hibachi grill near me and it brought me here. Well it's definitely not a hibachi grill, it's any regular Asian kitchen but overly priced. There isn't anything spectacular or delicious about the shrimp fried rice I got or the Thai tea.
Not impressed at all. The menu is ridiculously large. The pad Thai has no veggies and it's not much flavor the sushi is very limited. The ginger is a pink salmon color that I've never seen in my life before. Definitely do not recommend.
I ordered veg fried rice and they gave me egg fried rice. I asked after opening it, but the lady is very rude saying you should let us know before that it has to be with no egg. I asked for refund,she rudely replied that she can’t do it. Poor customer handling.

I could have use the video I took to show more details on how bad the customer service was and how the drink quality is just so disappointing.I went here to order a boba milk tea, asked for less sugar. However when the drink came, I could not get any boba out, instead, it’s just milk tea?my friends saw the drink even asked did I ask for boba?I went back and ask for making me another new order with more boba, because it’s kinda not logical for paying money and get such less boba.However the server, which is an Asian mid age woman, was quite rude, did not show any good attitude and wanted to argue with me? I have been to so many tea shops, and some of the drinks have similar price but I get so much more toppings?I told her and she still wanted to argue and said that “if she would make a new one, it’s still gonna be the same”. Wow I was shocked! What a response!I got so mad and when I finally saw how she did to my drink, guess what, she also put so many ice? so there’s like less tea and not that many boba this time?What a good time spending here.Don’t get me wrong, I have no issues if her attitude was nice and polite or at least showed me some kindness, but she was acting like she doesn’t give a s**t of how we feel.Really disrespectful.Really disappointed.Anyways, that’s all I have. Don’t know if they will see this or not, but if you are reading this, please be cautious when coming here, there’s also a ridiculous service charge like??? Excuse me??
The Asians at the counter have a terrible attitude when it comes to customer care. The bubble tea is practically devoid of pearls. They are treated quite harshly after requesting the waiter at the counter. Such a shop is unworthy of your time and money.

the staff was so rude that i felt legit embarrassed to be in there asking to get some lunch. food was overpriced and made me feel sick after a few bites. never again ?
Disgusting Bulgogi for a whopping 20 dollars. Looks grey, tastes bland, and overall very poor quality.
Depending on what you get here, it'll be fantastic. Majority of things are utterly amazing, and you're certain to find something you like with the insane amount of choices they offer. Every once and a while you'll nitpick something small, like one time I got a dish with steak that was incredibly stiff, seems like it had been very overcooked. But at the end of the day, that was a pretty rare thing. Majority of the food here is amazing, though sometimes I think a little too pricey, I would highly recommend trying it out.
