ChopShop almost never disappoints! The protein bowls are all delicious, the smoothie bowls are huge and very filling, the juices are fresh and even the cookies are a perfect lunch dessert! The staff are always very kind, even when there’s a line out the door. The patio space is great too! I recommend stopping at ChopShop for lunch after a workout or a final exam :)
First time eating here. Very good customer service provided by college students. Nice location, lots of parking in rear. The AC needs to be turned up as it's a little hot on the inside. Also, not the biggest seating area inside. The patio area has more space.The bowls are small, but packed with flavor. For people of bigger stature, one bowl won't be enough. For a 5'4" girl who just came out of yoga class, it's enough?.Warning: don't bother ordering anything extra on top because the kitchen can't handle it. They can only do what they're use to. The manager made up for this, one again showing superior customer service skills. I'll be back?, but sticking to the simple items?.
Delicious food! I used the Chop Shop pick up option for a group meeting and the food was ready on the counter right on time when I arrived to pick it up. The online ordering system allowed me to address all dietary restrictions among the participants. The order was accurate to all of the specifications. Everyone really enjoyed the food. Super convenient and delicious.
Popular salad joint. Busy at lunch time. Friendly service. Only complaint is that kale salad is only half kale and half lettuce.
My husband and I went here last night and did the curbside pickup feature. I was pretty unimpressed for the price. For one, they forgot cauliflower, brussels sprouts, and a fair amount of sauce in our Teriyaki chicken bowls. For another, I remember the bowl being 10x better when I first had it five years ago. I like that they have Acaì bowls and fresh juices, but they are WAY overpriced, especially if they’re going to forget two ingredients- I don’t even know how that happens.
I order from this location 1-2 times week and lately they just can't keep up. The last three times I've ordered, they've been 30+ minutes behind on online orders and twice they've given me food that was undercooked. I'm willing to wait for their food when it's cooked properly, but a protein bowl with broccoli and carrots that are borderline raw just isn't right. Management might need to re-visit the online platforms they support because this location clearly cannot manage Door Dash on top of the orders that come in from their own platform. Don't think I'll be back for a while - and even then probably only at off-times.
I am a HUGE fan of Chop Shop! I love that I can finally order online. The staff is usually friendly & helpful. Thanks for making a vegetarian friendly Caesar dressing! Offering a tofu protein option & making delicious lemonade!! Definitely recommend Chop Shop
Have visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Had the same order both times. Absolutely phenomenal. Order at the counter then find a place to sit until your order is delivered. Seating inside and outside. Have done each. Fast, efficient, low key. Not much ambiance.
Great service and quick with orders! The staff is always so welcome and it’s a great place for lunch or coffee and dessert with a friend!
We just wrapped up an AmazingCo experience in which this restaurant participates. When we stopped in we waited for a while to be acknowledged, then waited a little more to be helped after someone said hi. They guy who helped us was fairly impatient and asked if we had check the line up of to go bags yet. No, we hadn't. I've never been here, I've never done this and everyone else had our stuff set aside. We realized after we left they had forgotten the dressing for the 1 food item they had to make (a salad) and had to ask a different location for dressing! How awkward! Lol by the time we were ready to eat we realize they gave us "chocolate cashew chunk" cookies for both. In the future give out two DIFFERENT kinds, or ask us what we would like when we arrive. Clearly they gave us the least favorite selection they wanted to get rid of. Also gotta add that we found a nice big hair baked into the cookie. What we did get for the salad was fresh though!
