OG normally delivers, but this time the service was a bit low. The plates were dirty several times, the dessert at the end was more like Tres Leche cake than regular strawberry cake.I usually wouldn't complain about cake but this was like eating soggy cake, if I ordered a Tres Leche dessert I would expect that, but I didn't!

Seafood fettuccine Alfredo was perfect. The scallops and shrimp were NOT overcooked. Service was great!

Had the build your own pasta. Angel hair pasta, meat sauce and Italian sausage. Very good!

Their staff was exceptional. I really wish I remember our servers name she was great and everyone worked as a team together to help each other out. The kitchen staff at this location is on point because everything was cooked perfectly. Especially the calamari. It was not tough and it was meaty. Was happy with it all!

I ordered the chicken and shrimp fettuccine as a To-Go order today. I asked for extra sauce on the side. They gave me a very small container of sauce though I specified that i wanted extra extra sauce. They gave me a much larger container for the Parmesan cheese though which didn’t quite add up to me. The woman did not even ask if I was willing to pay extra for the sauce. I was so excited to finally sit down and eat my food but now I am very disappointed. My car is in the shop and I had it delivered to me so I can’t just go back to get the order fixed. This is not my first bad encounter with this location. I just ask that better service is offered for paying customers.

Will NOT be back. The male, grey pony-tailed server was SO rude to us from the second we sat down. Didn’t introduce himself, brought my boyfriend a dirty glass with black stuff floating in it so he asked for a new one, the server didn’t say sorry but rather rolled his eyes when asked- then he proceeded to bring him ANOTHER dirty water and threw his straw down on the table. He was very dismissive and caught an attitude if we would ask for anything. From someone that worked in the service industry for several years this guy needs to learn what it’s about. And to top it off our noodles were hard and not cooked all the way. Due to the price point at Olive Garden per menu item; I would expect food to be cooked to a certain level and the service to be the same level as well. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask about our uncooked food- so we just paid for it and left. 1000000% will never be back. Take your business elsewhere.

Amazing restaurant, amazing food? I will visit here again. They give unlimited soups and salad.

Went for the soup and salad. I think the waiter was new, he was forgetting straws napkins kids drinks. And the kids finished eating before he finally brought some more soup. Food was good as expected, my 3 girls love it, very kid friendly.

Great food and even greater service. Our waiter was so awesome!! He made the experience so much better than a normal dinner.

OG use to be an Italian mainstay of our family. Nothing fancy but reasonable priced no frills Italian food.Recent experience leaves us wondering if we will ever return. Portions are smaller, prices are higher, taste is bland, breadsticks suck ( remember how good they were? ), service is slow and staffed with inexperienced servers, (waiting 10 minutes for a spoon to eat your previously hot soup). Yes many restaurants are suffering from this same pandemic malaise but large chains should have a better plan to fix it nearly two years later.
