I used to love getting takeout from this location. The food was always really good and the hostesses were friendly. However, I ordered ahead a couple months agomy partner could pick it up after work. They arrived a little after the pickup time and were told that the order had just been taken by someone else. We then had to wait half an hour while they prepared a new order and when they got home with it, I realized we had not been given our appetizer. I tried to get help though the app but after several emails and submitting my receipts I was told they were going to “get me connected to the correct department” and to ignore the emails saying the help ticket was closed. I never heard anything back.I was hesitant to go back after having spent money and not received any sort of compensation for the inconvenience and missing item but today I decided to try again. This time. they had our food ready for us and most of the items were included, but we didn’t get any ranch which was very disappointing to me. Then, in my partner’s first bite of bones wing there was a bone about an inch long and several others were grisly. Needless to say I unfortunately would no longer recommend this place - at least not unless they can get a better process in place to report online order issues.
I came in here to have some wings and fried pickles. The wings were good but fried pickles were not, they were undercooked and not enough breading. I had bad service. I am pregnant and forgetful. I forgot my left overs and remembered on way home, called them to get it since I just left, by this time they already threw it away and it was in a to go box. My left overs consisted of pizza, fried pickles and 6 wings. I did not care about the pizza and fried pickles but I did care about the wings because they are about $1 a piece so I asked nicely if they could replace them or the $ for the 6 wings. The manager got an attitude with me and said that’s not how it works and that I would not be refunded in any way and I said then they would lose a customer and he said he will just lose a customer then and that I was never to return. This is very unprofessional and I’ll never step into one of these locations again especially this one!
Apon entry it had a comfortable feel.. Plenty of staff, although it wasn't too busy. Ordered the bacon cheese burger, onion rings, 5 wings{golden) vanilla milk shake.. Milk shake tasted like plain white ice cream. This said. I won't recommend that.. Burger. Nice presentation, what you'd expect. Very tasty. Onion rings were hot and golden brown. {yes, they change there fryers oil} ?The wings were not hot, so we asked for a redo.. Perfect! Waitress was genuine, prompt, returned with total new wings.. Golden! Delicious! This is a great casual spot in for easts kinda place. Good food, comfortable atmosphere.. Anytime of day. It was my first time and will not be my last!!
The wings are so good. I ate there every night I could wing on sale or not.
Me and my husband love this place !! Very nice workers ! We get the same thinh everytime we go . The atomic wings are to die for and the hangover burger is so delicious! Definitely recommend going here! ?
Came here with a buddy to watch the Suns game on a Sunday. Wings were decent, service was good.
I ordered incorrectly on the Uber eats app and called into the store, the manager exceeded expectations and corrected my order immediately. I’ve also been to this location once and experienced very friendly staff members and bartender. The food is also great and very reasonable prices and deals.
Friendly service, responsive servers and bartenders and attentive management. The wings are incredible. I would and will definitely eat here again.Shout out too John the manager, Sierra the bartender and Mark for take out.
I went for dinner and the food was really good. I ordered the cluck sandwich with some onion rings and they were not greasy and crispy. The only thing I didn’t like was the avocado on the sandwich that was spotted, I’m allergic to avocados and the older they are the worse reaction I have, however the sandwich was delicious and filling. The staff was really friendly and attentive.
The wings here are pretty average. I like my wings crispy. The online description said "cooked to perfection. I like my wings crispy. I did not find that these were crispy. My personal favorite is "Crazy Mikes" wings, or long wongs if I can't have mikes. Either way even after the crispy factor the garlic Parmesan wings were just short of a disaster. Who gets a FLAVOR on wings they don't expect to taste. It was like someone took Kraft Parmesan and shook it top if flavorless wing, and not even enough bc it was still SUPER bland. I won't be returning.
