One of the places you can get a true breakfast at 7:00 in the morning. For me, a meaty hardy breakfast is a need for e beginning of a hard-working day. Munch A Lunch delivery it. The owner was so friendly and the place feel warm and welcoming. I have to agree with the award here!

I work in the area and have tried this place twice and maybe it's just pick up but both times the sandwiches have been lacking on the meat. The first was the Ruben and it had 2 or 3 slices of meat and almost no sauerkraut. This time I got a 6" 2 meat sub with pastrami and roast beef. The sub would have been just fine but 13 bucks for a 6" sub and small/med drink is a little crazy when your sandwich has 1 slice of pastrami and 1 slice of roast beef. Next time I will just go get 2 huge slices and drink for $8 and actually be satisfied...don't think I will be ordering from this place again which is unfortunate because I'm right around the corner.
Yesterday, our office ordered a variety of breakfast sandwiches for 30 people this morning. The delivery was right on time and every single sandwich was clearly labeled appropriately. That’s awesome because not everyone does that! Our staff was very happy and we’re drooling over them! We will order again. Happy customers! Thank you!
Hubby and I were in the area and found this little cafe. It’s in a little strip mall. Basically it’s wheelchair friendly, as long as it’s not crowded inside. It’s small inside. Friendly and helpful. Hubby ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and said it was delicious. I ordered a pastrami with pepperjack cheese on white roll. Hit the spot. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll stop in to eat.
This place is beautiful. Colorful and very good food and service. Their customer service was phenomenal. Very talkative and engaging with customers including learning return customers names. This place was clean. 100% recommend!
Found my way to Munch A Lunch because I was in need of a salad. It was close to my hotel and had good reviews so I stopped in and was delighted with the Chicken Caesar!! The romaine was as fresh as it could be. In fact, I was told that they don't cut the lettuce until someone orders. The chicken was warm and moist and lightly seasoned. The dressing that came on the side without having to ask seemed to be homemade, but on this I am not sure. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to check for my satisfaction.I will be going back next time in town.
One of the best Italian subs I've ever had! Got the combo with a side of pasta salad and a huge drink for about $10.

Brest place to get a salad my favorite is the cobb salad the fact that the bacon is actually bacon ? and not fake bacon bits makes the salad that much better!!! Everything from breakfast smoothies lunch salads sandwiches subs and wraps a local business worth supporting.
