My stay at Moxy has been great. The staff are super friendly, they also make great drinks at the front desk. Breakfast and dinner are both great definitely gotta recommend the smothered burrito for breakfast! Yumm. More amenities in the room would be nice if you’re staying longer than a couple nights but you’ve definitely got the necessities. Chill vibes, exceptional service, I will definitely be back.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This website will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! After a long night of travel we missed our connection due to flight delays. American Airlines gave us a flight voucher for the Moxy. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. The vibe in the lobby is ultra hip. Would love to come back or stay in another Moxy when we get a chance. We were in the guitar room with a love sac and an actual playable guitar. Rooms were clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel and plan on trying to stay at another Moxy in the future.

What a fun little hotel! So far everyone has been SO nice and overly accommodating. I really like the downstairs area, it's fun to be in. The pool looks awesome but I don't have a suit, unfortunately. The breakfast was fantastic this morning. The only thing I could complain about it is that there aren't any refrigerators or microwaves in the room considering the price. Even a little cooler to put that free ice in (yes, they give you free bags ice, which is wonderful), would have been great just to keep some leftover food in and sanitary. I wouldn't mind going to the microwave downstairs, but feel kind of icky leaving left overs in someone else's fridge unattended. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come for business!

This place is a hidden gem! I’ve driven past it countless times, as I live in Tempe. My AC broke last weekend & we couldn’t get it repaired until Monday, so I booked an Express Deal on Priceline & they sent me to Moxy. I was extremely pleased with the experience! The gentleman that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The hotel is really neat- the decor is unique & kind of funky. the lobby has a pool table & free arcade games, which my daughter loved. There is a welcoming vibe with plenty of comfortable couches & tables scattered around- there were guests hanging out socializing. There is a bar that serves food from early morning until late at night. They even give each adult guest a free drink ticket when checking in! The rooms are super clean & super cute. The pool area has a great set-up with plenty of chairs/loungers/etc (and lots of towels available right there so you don’t have to ask for any!) The pool itself is well maintained & really clean. And the entire place is family (and pet) friendly! I would highly recommend the Moxy to anyone who’s coming to Tempe. We had a great experience all around!

My wife and I stayed in the Moxy for part of our honeymoon, and we just returned as part of our anniversary! I have loved it both times, and I cannot think of a single thing to complain about. Check in has always been pleasant and quick, and we love how you check in at the bar with a very laid back feel to everything. The rooms are also extremely clean and comfortable. We love having a guitar to play when we have made it back to the room, and that is just one of the fun and unique touches that the Moxy has to offer. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I hope to return soon!

A travel day gone wrong left us (mom and teen daughter) stranded in PHX overnight. Our airline booked us here and given our travel day, our expectations were LOW. BUT…this hotel was clean, modern, cheeky (decor had a sense of humor and whimsy) and the best part? The woman who checked us in at 1 a.m. was SO NICE. Her name is Kai and she was kind, funny, welcoming and generous. She was there again at 4:45 a.m. when we checked out and hadn’t lost one iota of friendliness. She polished the tarnish off our crummy day. Thank you, Kai. You should get recognized for this!!

First off, being a Titanium Member meant NOTHING at this Marriott property. No upgrade! At least I could have been given a balcony room overlooking the pool. When I checked in, the rep didn’t even know about my choice of points or 10$ credit. Customer Service is poor at this hotel. I had asked for late checkout and told to call the morning of, and the front desk rep was snotty and acted said there was no request on my account T. Terrible attitude. The rooms are different and quirky, which is appreciated. But not having a coffee maker or refrigerator is lame. Bathroom was nice and overall the room was clean, but a side chair was so stained in room 413 I did T want to use it. Pool area is nice. Beds are a joke. If you stay at Marriotts pick a different while in Tempe.

Fun hotel with extraordinary design throughout, and convenient bar and diner in the lobby. We stayed here for three days and loved all the cheeky design elements that make you smile. The bed cover was too thin for me and a number of guests I heard ask for another blanket, if you prefer a thicker bed cover ask for a second one upon arrival.Great, accommodating staff, and clean spaces. Lots of games in the lobby providing a fun chill zone. Would recommend staying here for sure.

I just checked in but already hate this hotel. Why is there no check in counter. Why is this hotel a bar first? Why do I check in with bartenders I have to wait on to finish making someone's drink.. honestly first impression is terrible. No one wants to check in with a bartender having to do 3 different jobs. I didn't even know if this was a hotel or not. I get you're trying to be like other boutique hotels even decorating to the bare minimum of an ace. But no one checks in at a bar in these hotels. There's still a proper front desk.If you're 20. This place is perfect. If you're a working professional I think you'd rather be at a subpar chain. Marriott, Hilton, any express. At least they have counter service.
