Terrible experience. Very cool place but drinks and food over priced and service lacking. Catered a wedding rehearsal and Justin the manager blew it all. Cheap sandwich on Hawaiian store bought role with barely anything on it. Salad not enough for guests, and appetizer enough for maybe 8 people. During the process he changed the price, charged more, served us an hour late, and came through with less than desirable food. He didn’t even come by and ask how things were going. Our waitress was the only positive experience and we spent several thousand in drinks. Manager needs to learn how to treat people right and not go bare bones cheap if this place will stay in business.
Terrible experience having a catered party here. Cheap food, not enough food for quantity of people specified, served late, and over charged at the last minute. Justin the catering guy has no idea what he is doing, didn’t check in and failed to come through. Our waitress was awesome though and after spending several thousand in drinks she was our only positive experience. This was on a Wednesday night so no excuse for the manager. He blew what could have been an amazing experience.
I literally cant say enough good things about this place! The staff are friendly and prompt, our order was taken right away and the food BLEW MY MIND! We ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and the buffalo chicken flatbread. Our server Deanna was so kind and knowledgeable as well. We’re so excited to come back and try more off the menu! Thank you so much for a wonderful lunch and afternoon!
I've never left a restaurant hungry.I want to preface this by mentioning that their website states that the location is short handed, and you may have to way 30-60 min for food. Considering the climate of things and staffing issues, this is totally understandable. I don't mind waiting as long as I receive service and the team is as attentive as possible.I came here on a Wednesday & it didn't seem extremely busy. Upon arrival, there was no hostess & there was a sign posted that instructs patrons to go to the bar in order to be seated. I was told to grab a table and someone will be with us. My colleague and I sat at a booth and waited approximately 10 minutes. She went to the restroom and asked me to order a water if someone came. No one came. We waited a while longer, and I got fed up and went to the bar. I placed a beverage order there and requested someone to bring water to our table since I had to carry the wine and glasses back to the table myself. Our water came a few minutes later & that was the last time someone bothered to render service to us. I left my tab open at the bar. I intended to buy more beverages and I also wanted to eat. Another party came in after us and sat in the same area. A waitress came to their table several times. I even made eye contact with the waitress and we were still ignored. When I went to the restroom, I saw servers either sitting down or holding up the wall. I am not sure why we never got service, but it was evident that they didn't care about making money or getting tipped. I have never left a restaurant without leaving a tip. There was no service rendered here. I saw maybe 5 people working the floor, but no one ever checked in on us, told us about specials, asked if we wanted food, more wine, etc. We were there maybe 2 hours. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because my colleague and I had work to finish. I really wanted to like this place. The menu looks great at the facility is beautiful, but I ended up getting dinner elsewhere. I am disappointed with the lack of care or service. I was visiting from out of town for work & I just wanted an evening to unwind and enjoy. I was looking for a decent if not nice experience & I did not get that here.
I play pool league here. Its really a hopping place for the college kids. Good food and great service. Lots of games and lots of pool tables. Everyone needs to check out mills modern !
The food is okay, but service wasn't ideal. My party and I got seated by a waitress, but we were pretty much abandoned until another waitress who just came in took our orders and checked up on us periodically. Service became better later on in the night though. I didn't mind since they did mention they were short-staffed. The place gradually turned itself into a club as time passes by, and it eventually became hard to hear everyone at my table over the music. I wouldn't mind coming back here, but if I did, I'd go a little earlier in the afternoon to avoid the clubbing music.
First time there! I joined a group of about 10 + we had a waitress named Jillian take care of us the entire night. she was attentive, and made sure we were enjoyed our time! Enjoyed food and drinks!
Went here on a Tuesday night after not wanting to wait 45 minutes at another restaurant. We walked right in here and saw a lovely place with only a handful of patrons. Too bad those people waiting at the other place didn't know about here - they were missing out! No wait and amazing food! I had the Cowboy burger and it was delicious. The caliente aioli sauce was awesome! Just enough bite to feel it, but not too hot. Yum! Too bad we're just visiting, otherwise we'd be back on a regular basis.
Huge, trendy space. Music that is full but doesn't overpower. Great food. No, its REALLY great tasting food. Top it off with big couches, TVs, ping pong, video games and 24 pool tables! Give it a try
