We didn't know the Suns played that afternoon and it meant the place was packed. We waited a bit and a couple tables were available soon after the game ended. Our server was very accommodating and gave us a table outside since we had our dog with us. We had fajitas and a steak quesadilla, very tasty and the portions were enough to have dinner and take some leftovers home. My doggie got a water bowl and that ALWAYS wins me over. The place is a bit loud for in depth conversation, definitely a place to watch a game while having drinks, so keep that in mind. I would come here again since they are dog friendly.
This is my spot for UFC fights in Arizona. Tempe is awesome and fun. The owner and staff are great especially the Russian bouncer.
This place appears to be more of a college bar type place but the food is really good. Chips & salsa are solid as you decide what to order. Lots of taco options Really enjoyed the street tacos-very flavorful Highly recommend
Excellent food, great atmosphere!!! I have eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants across the US. Loco Patron has the best steak street tacos I have ever eaten, anywhere. Loved it so much, went back the next day!
Food was really good and staff was great. I'm from El Paso and would try again when in Phoenix.
Good place to hang out, good service good value
Great tacos and lunch specials.Shaded patio seatingOrdered grande burrito and mix and match tacos
I actually always really liked this place but please just order your top shelf liquor on the side or watch them make your drink. They use cheap liquor if you don’t and you’ll pay for it the rest of the evening. Not impressed.
We were staying nearby and wanted a quick lunch. Restaurant was open and airy with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of menu choices. My wife enjoyed her Tostada Bites with Shrimp. I unfortunately selected the Chicken Taquitos that had absolutely no flavor. I will say the house margaritas were good. Our server provided excellent service.
Food was excellent but I ordered a large margarita with Double Patron tequila since the name of the restaurant is Patron. After a few minutes I was informed they were Out of Patron tequila so I was downgraded to silver tequila of lower grade. To my surprised the margarita was served on a 6oz rock glass. Which if you do the math, double tequila is 2oz each = 4oz of tequila on a 6oz glass will make a very very strong Margarita but it was NOT. I brushed it off thinking it was a regular margarita and ate my delicious burrito. Restaurant has iPad to place order and run credit cards but it cannot produce a print receipt and has to be emailed. To my surprise the crappy margarita was charged as double shot of Patron $20.00 plus $2.00 for being a margarita. $ 22.00 dollars of crappy drink for lunch. I couldn’t see my email until I got home. Service was ok. She was overwhelmed taking orders for a large group. I will think twice in ordering a drink there. Food was very good it didn’t disappointed. Somehow TripAdvisor would not let me post the receipt
