Great Service! Awesome and entertaining chef! Food was delicious!
I did not go to the hibachi side, so I can't review that just the restaurant.They didn't have any Kobe beef or steak on their restaurant menu. The sushi was fine. The shrimp puffs were nice. The karaage was a joke.
Our chef was great and super friendly. The steak was so tender and practically melted in your mouth. I got the NY strip with shrimp and scallops. Delicious!
At first it didn't seem like much waiting at the bar for our table. Once we were seated with a group it was an amazing experience. Our grill master was hilarious and the food was good. We appreciate the good service and would recommend this restaurant. If you're lucky you may get some free sake. ?

We were the last table of the night. We got a chef who was just plain bad. Did none of the usual teppan chef staples. No rice beating heart, no egg roll joke, no choo choo….did nothing until he attempted to flip sushi to a couple people. Now the food….undercooked scallops and they tasted like the grizzle. Overcooked the chicken and it was rubbery. We took almost all of it him and trashed it. I’ve been to this location many times and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. The manager appeared to be watching and knew this guy was bad. We are going to try Benihana from now on. This was a hot mess
First time going to a hibachi grill. Everything was amazing ?? the drinks were strong and tasted great. The chef was hilarious and cooked our meals graciously! The atmosphere was phenomenal great place to take people for the birthday ? from what I saw!
Hated it food was ok but portions are really SMALL!! Wait 2 hours too eat!! Came at 8 chef came 9:30 not only did he overly use oil on food but one person asked for extra garlic he overly used it too! We sat with four different couples!! Not only was I not on the table really. Service was bad I understand there are major labor shortages but to overly book when u don’t have enough cooks is selfish that mean your not for the Quality of the business but just simply for the money to your self
HORRIBLE all the way around. 1st it took forever to get our food and it was a Wednesday night. 2nd we initially received someone else's food. Manager was called to get it fixed even though he seemed annoyed. 3rd Then when our food finally came out...it was wrong. The manager came again to speak with us and acted like it was our fault that his staff got our food wrong. His response was "so what's wrong now?".Never will ever go there again!!!
I have to say, very disappointing. Initially inquired about a table with the table top grill for teppanyaki - we didn't make a reservation so there were not really expectations for this but figured we'd try. We were told we could take someone's spot if they didn't show for their reservation, so there was a 5 minute window. They ended up showing up and taking their reservation, again, no big deal as we weren't expecting to get this option anyway. So we ended up being told it was a 20 min wait for another teppanyaki spot so we decided instead of the wait, we would just take a regular table. We were seated right away, which was a nice relief. However, we were seated in the back of the back room at a dusty, dingy table that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was reset after the last customers sat there a month or so ago. At this point, we were just basing our visit on the service, considering there was a sign posted at the front desk about an "automatic 18% gratuity that is applied to every check". That being said, we had our drink, appetizer, and food option picked out and 30 minutes had gone by. We hadn't spoke to anyone since we had been seated. At this point, we could hear the sushi chef training a new person on how to "cook the frozen fish to serve the customers first before it goes bad" on top of making very uncomfortable, distant eye contact with a busser and a waitor who quickly diverted to a different room before we could wave them down. We ended up leaving by taking our menus back to the host and stating we were going to head out. Not a single question as to how everything was or regarding our early departure. Needless to say, this will be the last time I swing by this place... Certainly not the experience I expected to have. And made for an interesting trip on our anniversary night out. I remembered coming here as a kid and it was always a pleasurable experience. Just disappointing and unfortunate to see what has happened to what used to be such a fun time.
