We used the drive-thru. The employee was friendly and polite.We just ordered two chicken strip combos. The food was okay. It wasn't the best KFC experience and not the worst. The strips were kind of small, but tasted fine. I guess you have to ask for butter and honey with your biscuit. We didn't get any with our meal.KFC will have to start doing better if they want to stay open.They used to be one of the few chicken restaurants in town.They really have a lot of competition now from other chicken places and even the deli departments at local grocery stores.They do sometimes send out coupons in the mail, but just like everything else right now. Prices are high, especially if you need to feed a whole family.
It's KFC so uh, it's kinda what I expected. Definitely nothing to write home about. Overcooked but still mostly edible. These are the Nashville Hot Tenders, a lil tough in some places. I hadn't eaten KFC in probably over a decade & probably even longer for this specific location & clearly, I haven't missed out on a damn thing.Has Jack Harlow ever even HAD KFC, ? why the F did he sign THAT contract, geeze?Only recommend if you are desperate & don't want something else offered by another food place in the same plaza.If you enjoyed this review or found it helpful, PLEASE, give it a LIKE ?!
Today June 7,2022 we ordered our food. When we got home and started eating, I noticed the original chicken had no flavor or spices in it. Also the mash potatoes had gravy which was bland and not the color or the taste of the original gravy. Just hoping not all KFC are like this. Hope y'all can do better then that.
Some of The workers have great service but this location NEVER has chicken. I hadn’t gone to kfc for months and my last visit they didn’t have crispy chicken. I don’t get how they run out of crispy chicken at 7:50 in the evening. But at least the workers try to keep everything together.
Worst kfc to go to would not recommend! If your reading the reviews after going cause your PO that they forgot something with your order welcome to the family! Got attitude from a pizza lasagna looking dude trying to show off in front of his work Gf. Black dude that came to window to fix the issue was real cool and respectful understood the situation and fixed it. You need a raise. All the other kids that work need to put in a corner.
How about NOOO! Service? No.. Food decent? No. Order complete? NeverThe hot food is cold and what should be cold is always hotter than the chicken. Double check the lids on the sides before leaving, we learned that the hard way.. and after the gravy soaked through the paper bag the fun began. No thank you, it was so terrible! Thank you to Cane's for giving me faith again in fast food poultry
I haven't had a worse chicken sandwich. I have never had issues at this location but today was super lacking. Honestly I pulled up and was going to get the individual bucket that was advertised with tenders, popcorn chicken, two sides and the drink. Though the employee had no idea what I was talking about even though it was plastered on the sign so ofcourse after the irritation and just giving him the benefit of the doubt I order the chicken sandwich. I think it's the best one out compared to other fastfoods and was sooo disappointed. No mayo, the chicken was dry and only one Pickle. Hope it's better next time and the employee's know there menus.
I wouldn't complain, but this is the second time this has happened. Check your order before you leave. Both times I ordered a #2 combo, breast & wing, $8.99; I got a #1 combo, drum & thigh, $7.99. Both times I didn't discover the mistake until I got home. I went back today asking for a $1 refund. I was told, rather rudely, that I should have taken care of it at the time. I was already home. Did they really expect me to go back that night, before I ate to deal with it? She told me to order by number next time. I told her I had ordered by number, number 2, and not to worry, there won't be a next time.
KFC ran out of chicken!!! Only had the popcorn chicken. Got a soda, and the wind blew the top off the soda. Employee placed a new top on the soda and it didn't fit. I informed him that the top doesn't fit, he looked at me, and said, I know. Will not spend my hard earned money at this location anymore........especially when they have no dayum chicken!!!!
I was just there no more than 10 minutes ago. Ordered a leg and thigh bucket meal. Only got the chicken but ordered the meal. I received no receipt and the guy was not even wearing gloves while touching food. Stay away from this place. They do no care about what they are doing. I tried to call and complain but they don't answer the phone for good reason. People are calling to tell them they screwed up their order.
