Horrible experience. I don't know if it was because it was closing time or what but they took forever. The milkshakes we ordered were melted they tasted good but they were super drippy so temperature wise wasn't that great.. They had a back entrance open and the waitress really rudely told us it wasn't an entrance I get that but mark it off next time. When we were paying the guys helping us kept walking away to do other things.
So... this place in the mills mall closes at 8 on weekdays. What they should say is we close at 7 because they won't even accept orders to go. I was seated eating already and witnessed the rudest treatment towards a man who came in asking for menus. The waiter big guy with orange hair who waited on me kept repeating himself saying we're closed we're closed. The guy said, i didn't ask if you were closed I asked for menus, then left. Then the waiter guy kept repeating the conversation to EVERYONE he was working with. I wrapped my food up and put it in my purse like a hobo because I quickly felt unwelcome. Booooo Johhny Rockets
Very disappointing and below average. The burger meat was super thin. Service was ok but based on the food, I will never eat there again.
Great food, chill atmosphere, and the staff is uniquely considerate of their customers. Two guys went in to order food then left and seemed to have just left. The staff spoke to each other and decided to remove the food and place it somewhere where we won't get cold. They gave the guy a new shake without any extra charge, and lastly they did not make a big deal about their long absence. Customer Service ?
All I ordered was a side of fries and they took at least 20 mins to give it to me. Had to ask for a to go bag since my friend went to go look at some shoes and I wasn't about to sit there and eat alone.
I had THE BEST experience here today!! Today was the first day I was able to hang out with all five of my kids since the baby was born and Samantha gave us the greatest service! The food was beyond delicious and Samantha was amazing!! She allowed us to move tables to take pictures, and stayed on top of everything we needed. I can’t tell you how much today meant to me. I haven’t been to Arizona Mills in five years… I am so happy that I chose to have lunch there today. We will definitely make it a monthly event.
Needs some attention. Customer service was not bad but floors and chairs needs a good cleaning.
Runs a little expensive because you have to order meal and side separately, but everything is great! Service and atmosphere were upbeat and friendly. Plus they will make you a chocolate Pepsi which is the best!
Being a classic burger food place (with more than just burger) the place also has to offer delicious shakes. And even though there basic fries are amazing there crunchy and amazing all in all there a good place to buy a burger and shakes also with loaded fries
If I could give it a 0 stars I would! Every time we come here it turns out the restaurant closed, we came here @7:07 pm and I called @7:09 and a guy answers after certain times and he said “ we closed today a little earlier because we have a big order tomorrow” lies! Because every time we come here it closes early but yet on google time it shows 8:00!!!!!!! Not fair at all. I actually love this food. But it says you close at 8 and telling customers you close an hour earlier than that is unprofessional. I planned my day around coming here at a certain time. Please update your actual close time and possibly last time as well.! But still I’ll give it a 1 star and I wish I give it a 0 star.
