I was craving seafood and Joe's crab shack fixed that for me. I don't come often but man everything was finger licking good.I ordered the Atlantic steam pot ... it had snow crab legs, shrimp, lobster claws, sausage, corn and red potatoes. The hubby had fish and chips. The drink I ordered was blended nicely ... unsweetened tea, lemonade and cranberry juice and garnished with an orange. Tasty!We had an amazing server Brian and he took care of us so well. We always appreciate the kind and friendly service whenever possible. The music ? is always a nice touch to put you in the right feels.Happy eating!
Joe's Crab Shack, you get 4 stars because you don't have tie dyes anymore. Bummer! Bring back the Tie Dyes! Everything was great, we got the barbecue queen crab and Dungeness crab. We also ordered hush puppies! It was all so delicious. I enjoyed every bite! Once again, bring back the tie dyes and I will come back more often!
My husband and I and our son and his wife ate at your Tempe location. Your server, Jake, did an outstanding job and he was the only server working. He was very friendly and personable and did a great job. You are lucky to have him, especially in this day and age.

Absolutely delicious! Our server, Mikayla,, was super friendly! We have not been to a Joe's Crab Shack in 12 years and when we found out there was one by us, the hubby and I decided to come here for our Valentines days! Most definitly worth it! We WILL be back!
great seafood at a great price
Overall its a good seafood restaurant, be ready to pay more than $50 if its more than 1 person. We got the cajun pot (crab legs, crab hands, shrimps, mussels, corn and potato; and the eastern mix platter (don’t remember exactly ?) but the stuffed crab(1) was amazing, the bacon wrapped shrimp was tasty too (3) and it also came with a handful of calamari and fries. Great hostess and trainee, manager came by and made us laugh, only thing that took me by surprise is that they don’t bring you back the change.
This was the best experience ever at a Joe’s Crab Shack!! Our waiter Robert was perfect!! He provided the best experience possible. The food was excellent.
Had a meal 2/2/2022 at 3:30 When customers walk in the staff is mad customers are arriving for a meal. There are few customers in the restaurant but I was not seated or even recognized for 10 mins. The wait staff took 15 mins to take an order & then slammed the menu & later drink order, ketchup & bucket. The food was actually good but the wait staff broke every rule for customer service in the book. My waitress made rude statement directly at me comments the entire time I was in the restaurant. I'm a Landrys Select Member & the staff would not give me my points because they didn't have time.
