The last time I placed an order for freaky fast delivery was August where I encountered the same freaky slowest service possible. Though In August the manager was rude and hung up on me. Today's Call was answered by a much more apologetic person who sounded as stressed out as he could be. I will definitely not order delivery from this location again which I'm sure to which they probably wish there was a lot more ppl who would say that.
Nothing wrong very average in general if you have had jimmy johns. Tables are all dirty which is normal for these kinds of chain restaurants. Bathroom has no hand paper or tp
Worst one in the valley. Just spent 28 minutes waiting on a sandwich. The manager sitting in the corner at a booth conducting interviews while one kid tried to take the order and make the sandwiches for 14 people. She just sat there laughing and giggling. Then stood up and said to the crowd waiting 30 plus minutes for their food "is anyone else here for an interview". Someone should hand her her last check.
Just WOW! I placed an order for delivery. After 45 minute wait I called to get status from "FREAKY FAST", only to find out that they don't have any delivery drivers and all delivery orders are just being cancelled without communication to the customers... I recognize the mess our world is in with lack of employees but to just dismiss a delivery without contacting the customers is unacceptable, unprofessional and down right wrong! Lost a customer FOREVER!*UPDATE* 4 hours after my order was placed, a person from Jimmy John's called to let me know that it would be 5 to 7 business days before my money would be refunded to my account. Scratch my head... I selected cash as my method of payment so clearly this location is beyond clueless as to what is actually happening. Based on other review responses, I have launched a complaint with corporate. But I doubt that any action will come of it. Jimmy John's is known for freaky fast delivery, without drivers, what's your purpose?
This location should really look into getting more employees. I’ve ordered 3x from this location. The first time, I just moved to the area, the delivery person left my food at the door of the front office when i literally added a note on the app to come to my apartment door. When i got to the office (which was closed), my food had been stolen and only the drink was still there. The second time, they called and gave the option to cancel because there weren’t drivers available until after 5p. Yesterday, after almost waiting an hour, I called and never got an answer. I decided to go up to the location and as I pulled in, there was a guy coming out with a couple bags. I pulled up and asked if he had my order and he brought it to me & said he’d void my transaction. I was throughly prepared to go up there and give an ear full but he said he was the only one working, so I let it go.Idk who is in charge of this location, but either get more people and faster service, or just close the location. This is happening too often.
Hands down the worst delivery and store experience ever. I was work a long day without eating and was headed to the airport. I decided to order online(35min) to wait an hour later and they said the order would be to.me in 15mins. And hour after that they food never came. I buried calling but there was no answer. I assumed the place was busy so I took a lyft over to the location. When I get there the order was never made and it was slow. I asked to speak with the manager so the Assistant Manager at the cash register pointed me over to the manager and district manager. The district manager said they got busy and forgot and will make the sandwich now and refund me. The general managerbof the location was in the background laughing as if this was funny.I am not concerned with the cost or refund being I get it expensed through work. It was the horrible since of not caring that frustrated me. I travel as a General Manager at hotels and I get it if people are short staffed being we deal with this as well. But at least have one person in the building that cares and is empathetic.
Waited over an hour and fifteen minutes and my food was not delivered or even being prepared. I called and they were not apologetic at all. I have ordered from this store religiously and the past few months have been terrible customer service if any service at all. Who runs this store? I don’t see them being in business much longer if they don’t make changes.
This Jimmy Johns is hands down one of the most frustrating and worst Jimmy Johns I have ever ordered from. Unfortunately, I have gotten used to consistent service from other Jimmy Johns, so when my office moved to within 1-mile of this location, I didn't think twice before ordering my lunch. I used to order Jimmy Johns multiple times per week, but since moving to my new office near this location, I have only ordered from them 5-6 times over the last three months. Most of the time, after waiting 45-minutes, I have to call the store and ask the status, to which they always inform me "it will be another 15-minutes", every time. I typically drive the 1/2 mile to the store to get my sand-which myself (something I would have done, to begin with, if I wasn't busy, so it's incredibly frustrating when I have to go out of my way because this simple store is garbage. They constantly get the order wrong; the employees are ALWAYS rude. Whoever is in charge of this store on a regional level should figure out how to solve the problem or close it down. It's more a nuisance than worth and gives Jimmy Johns a bad reputation, and I would be shocked if this location is profitable considering how poorly it is run.
Wowza! This place is great. The manager had such a positive attitude and was training the staff to be so nice. I’ve seen such a change in the store recently. Thanks for the consistent great experiences Jimmy Johns!
My husband and I have been coming to this location for over a year now. Usually 3 times a month. We have a long standing joke about the customer service at this location. NEVER FRIENDLY!!! EVER! It's like someone took their birthdays away or something. Walked in today and a girl was working... So unfriendly and when someone else walked in the eye roll she gave was so obvious! So anytime you feel down.. Just come here and see real depression at work! Food is usually great and fast. Whoever owns this location should really be on these oh so sad employees! Also make sure you love loud, bumping club music... It's so loud inside makes me want a beer and a dance floor!
