Waited 12 minutes at a "fast food drive-through". Used the time for emails until it was apparent the staff had either all quit or been kidnapped. No movement of the line at all. Luckily I was in the back and able to escape and not be forced to wait longer. Feel sorry for the others trapped between cars. Should have read other reviews about the awful and slow drive thru.
The entirety of my visit was to park my truck at the front of the restaurant, gather a $20 bill, get out of the truck, walk with my cane to the front door to go inside, and discover that the door is locked. This may be the best Jack in the valley, but I don't know, because I was locked out.
First off I lov3 jack and box I went there the other night and order 3 meals large frys long story short the frys was old and none of us ate them spent almost 40 bucks like 36 something
This place is poison. Got an ultimate jack and what they gave me was slop. The lettuce and tomatoes were wilted and rotten. The burger patter burned and dried out. Got out of my car, went inside and left it on the counter. Hope that place gets condemned.
If I could give this location zero star I would. We got to the drive-thru and they had taped a piece of computer paper onto the drive-thru menu that said,”use our mobile app to order”. So, we had to drive all the way back out of the drive-thru line to order through the app. Then when we finally got our food, the French fries were cold and the rest of the food was cool to the touch. VERY disappointed!
It was about 930 pm, my turn to order was told it was going to be a 15 min wait bc there were only two people working. Then asked give me a min. At this time I was unable to back up, had multiple cars behind me. It did take awhile BUT she did apologize for the wait, however the fries were soggy and cold! I have stopped here before never had issue.
My family enjoyed two taco tacosThey were very good but a littlebon the greasy side . Good value too
DO NOT visit this Jack In The Box, no matter what. They kept me waiting in the drive thru for over ten minute before even taking my order. Then they cleverly didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't complain.
Service was good, amount and type of food was good....however it wasnt even hot inside and one could tell it had been around a while.
Lucia was very rude to me at the drive thru for absolutely no reason. I'm waiting on a call to from the manager Ben to discuss this women's actions at this establishment.
