Went after hours on a bicycle. Was turned away and told I have to be in a car. No other customer was there, just descrim against someone not in a car (on bike). Go out of business then. As a patron of this location I hope they feel the lack of my visits in the future.
The restaurant itself appears to be in decent shape. The morning manager was incredibly rude. He banged on the bathroom door 3 different times within 10 minutes. And the night before an employee told me that my pet could not be on the table. My service animal was sitting on my lap, not the table.
This is Jack in the box isn't bad this is usually my preferred one I always get the same thing two jumbo jacks and a large curly fry.But tonight when I received my order I only ate about half my burger my wife finished mine and ate all of hers she's been violently throwing up out of both ends for the past three or four hours now she has extremely bad food poisoning at this very second.The jumbo Jack is hands down one of the best crab burgers out of all the fast food places and now neither of us will probably ever eat one again
Worst jack in the box around. Irritating with mess ups and mobile orders. Can't contact the place either to understand what's going on. Definitely letting others know not to go here because it's the worst of all the ones around.
I will never come to this location again. Jack in the box doesn't know how to run their stores anymore. Staffing shortages should not be resulting in closed drive-thrus. Maybe longer waits but you don't close it that's just a real bad business move.
Order through the app and hoping that the jack in box would be open I guess not went there because the app said that only the drive thru was open ok. Yeah everything is closed. So either I get my money back or get my meal free and plus tha money as well
First time coming to this jack in the box and I usually don't have good experiences with most jack in the boxes but the cashier named Eric was polite and respectful and deserves a raise! ??
Food was cold and it took 15 minutes to get i was like what were you guys doing he says short staff and long lines help your workers here jack in the box
Had everything available that was on the menu including milk shakes. Hard to find a jack in the box that isn't out of something
Kind of my least favorite Jack in the box. They would get better ratings if they would just give me the ranch out of the fridge. I ask for it every time. And every time I have to say no I want the cold ranch. Sometimes I have to ask 3 times. I know it's annoying to bend over to get it but really. Is it that bad. Plus I have to check my order every time to make sure they make the sandwich right. The one time I don't check it's wrong. Very unusual for them but today the fries were cold and not fresh. Usually.they are fresh.
