The food was just ok it seems like only 1worker doing everything me and my grandson got a little sick the next morning. It was about 11:00pm this Jack in the Box will be the last time I go there.
so thankful for reasonable priced food especially the 2 tacos.
I'm pretty sure they have a bug problem, ordered a meal and a cockroach was in my fries.
They do a great job and have a wide variety for fast food.
Stopped by for a snack of 2 tacos. They hit the spot, but when I went to use the bathroom, there was a DEAD cockroach on the ground. As I stared at the dead bug, I realize I regret eating the tacos. ? Thankful I didn't throw up from the infested restaurant. ?
Food was subpar, premade ice coffee too much cream and sugar.
I was asked to wait 15 minutes before they would take my order, they then messed up my order and refused to provide a receipt.
I asked for no cheese plus the sausage was dry and hard so I couldn't just pull the cheese off because who wants to eat hard beyond crispy sausage. I tried to call but just got the busy tone for 45 minutes trying.
Sadly, our experience today at this Jack in the Box was not a good one. The young man taking our order inside the store couldn’t seem to understand that we wanted one child’s cheeseburger with only cheese, no ketchup or anything else, and one child’s hamburger with no cheese and only ketchup. We repeated the order two or three times, and he seemed to finally get it, but when our order arrived it had two child’s cheeseburgers, both with ketchup. To put the cap on our experience, the unisex restroom was out of order and the Ladies’ had a big sign on it stating EMPLOYEES ONLY!!! I confirmed with the young man that yes, the Ladies’ room was for employees only. He did apologize that the other one was broken. To be fair, I didn’t ask if it was all right if I used the Men’s, because at that point I just wanted to leave. My husband did use the Men’s and told me that I really didn’t want to go in there, which I took to mean it was in a pretty poor condition. All in all, a very poor experience.
Horrible service they don't speak any English and the heavy set mexican lady doesn't have a clue what she is doing...I do speak a little spanish but she doesn't know any english and shouldn't be working there at all. Do yourself a favor and adios out of there disgusting place!
