This 1 star review is courtesy of the lovely young lady at the drive-thru window. When I pulled up to the window and was greeted by her with what I thought was an incorrect amount of money for what I had just ordered, I questioned the amount. She repeated the order, which was incorrect. I ordered a large onion ring and a large strawberry shake. She repeated the order as 2 large onion rings and a large strawberry shake. I informed her that was not correct. She proceeded to tell me that was what I had ordered. Once again, I corrected her. She changed the amount due but had the WORST attitude at this point. Basically, she snatched my money from my hand, slammed the window, and I was watching her at this point. She just carried on inside. I'm not sure what she was saying as the window was closed, but I could see she was physically bothered by the fact that the order was not correct. She hurriedly gave me my food with another quick slam of the window. I wanted to throw the shake at her but thought better of it. I figured here was the place to justly criticize her. I won't be returning to that location anytime soon.
The food isn't cheap enough to drown out the HEAVY cigarette smoke smell from the handful of vagrants camped outside this location.
Soda machine smells and looks like a urinal.
The worst, 22 minutes to get my meal, nobody else was in line, had pull to the #1 spot then forgot about me. I had to go through the line again and remind them of my order. Never got a receipt.
They were pretty fast for their service but these guys are definitely serious about being a customer before letting you use the bathroom
This jack in the crack has one male drive-through cashier whith the worse ? cleanliness there is.He approached the window with really poor hygiene, looking very raggedy with ? & ? hair all-over his clothes and on top of that with a stinky attitude...
Place was full of homeless people, dis not feel safe. Would not recommend this location
I visited via drive thru the young ginger girl was so sweet and thorough. She double checked my order and asked if I would like any sauce. She also complimented me and told me to have a nice day! I will be returning for sure! Oh, and the food was good but she made my experience great!
Used to love this branch but staff now are selective of who is allowed to buy food after the diner closes. If you’re gonna feed the homeless by allowing them to buy food, allow everyone to buy food after hours like the one branch on mill and university does.
Under staffed during night hours, could use more employees.. A larger parking lot for drive-thru. would be nice but they aughta just relocate somewhere bigger :/ food was good ?? people are good ?? ??
