3 times in a row I went to get breakfast qt either 8:45 or 9 am for breakfast and your lobby was STILL closed. Apparently your employees open whenever the hell the want which is a shame. Me and my coworkers across the street will just all eat somewhere else. This place is horribly managaged.
You go in, you order your hamburger, you ask for a large combo and they give you a bag of ketchup for your fries, I have not had any problem with the store, if you did, they probably took it away from you or you treated them badly
They always have friendly staff , I only use drive through so that’s why there’s a five star rating. Location is always pretty efficient on timing when placing orders, which can be hard when you have zero staff. The folks here are always nice.
Consistently closes dining room up to an hour early with no explanation. Lazy workers, at least 3-4 times a week regardless of if anyone calls out they close early. In 100+ degree weather this is a big deal. Don't falsely advertise your dining room hours, do better. Workers also helped three cars before addressing the line at the walk up window.
So I ordered on the app and when I got to the Jack in the Box on mill in Tempe, I found a cone in the drive-through and a sign on the walk up window saying they were closed. So then I went to the back door and I found that it was propped open with some trash bags and started banging on the door for a but 10 minutes. Then this Hispanic lady came to the door and she didn't speak much English and said she didn't know where the cashier was maybe he went home I asked her if she was the cook and she said yes but yes so I shoulder my order from my app and I was able to get her to make my order my order a meter round at the pick up window.. As I was walking around I saw somebody sleeping in a pickup I took a picture and when I showed it to the lady that made my meal she said yes that is the cashier so he was sleeping in the parking lot I'm glad Jack and the Box makes so much money they can pay for their employees to sleep in the parking lot instead of served meals.
I came here and I wanted to go inside instead of waiting in line. They have their doors locked and it’s 7:30pm. Like wth and it took forever to make a burger.
great if you love being towed WHILE EATING INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. the manager owns a tow company (allegedly) like he’s running a scam op on top of his day job. what a slimy place
Came here around midnight to pick up a doordash order. The employee answered the speaker with “welcome to hell” Horrible place to be at night.
Food is ok but they need to make presentability and cleanliness their main priority. aside from their great kitchen. All of the tables need to be replaced. The floors need to be deep cleaned as well as the bathrooms. If I were a parent I would never bring my kids here.
This place is perfectly fine during the day, but a tad creepy at night. It's of course in downtown Tempe on Mill Avenue where there's a lot of people that go and hang out and drink, as well as the crew that maybe overdid it a few too many times, and are now living on the street. This Jack in the Box is open 24 hours so... Really decent good prices and quickies to eat, perfect combo for drunk people! Staff is friendly and sometimes a little too friendly in a creepy way, but I'm talking Norman Bates-type, perfectly fine if you stay on their good side. The food is good but their credit card machine was down this evening, so when they kept declining my cards and I had to hoof it to the ATM, I was a little annoyed; when I came back with cash, he admitted it was their fault and gave me a few extra tacos. Yay, I'm s on their good side- phew! (That right there is the reason for the extra star in my book (and on this site, if course?)
