Staying at the Embassy Suites across the street and we were delighted when the family who owns this place let us in before they were officially open. The samosas and pakoras (we got chicken and vegetable) were so good but what made them extra special were the dipping sauces. Also ordered the chicken saag and it was amazing. Would come here over and over again if we lived here!

Our favorite Indian Buffet restaurant in Scottsdale closed during covid. So we have been searching for a good indian buffet retardant. We found it. India's Flame is now our new favorite indian buffet. It is a drive from Scottsdale, but we hadn't found a good one in Scottsdale Area, so we now drive south to this location to get our Indian food fix. The food is great and it is also very nice looking restaurant in the inside. Very clean and it seems like a family run restaurant. Highly recommended.

Wonderful food! Great flavor and fresh. Fantastic service! Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend. My second time here and plan to come back often.

TL;DR - I'm a picky vegetarian who is afraid of unfamiliar foods and can't handle an ounce of spiciness... I'm obsessed with India's Flame.Longer version - I've been a vegetarian for 20 years now, more than half of my life. I've always been a very picky eater, disliking most vegetables and any foods I wasn't familiar with from childhood.I've had many people tell me for YEARS that I should eat Indian food because it's so vegetarian friendly, and I've been so hesitant and apprehensive because I never had it growing up, therefore it was unfamiliar to me.Some friends finally had me try some other restaurant a few years back... even the "mild" foods made my tongue feel like it was melting, and I couldn't stop coughing. Put me off Indian food for several more years.Last year I tried some other new restaurant, just to try Indian food for the first time in years. It was tasty, but too spicy. Tried a few other places, same thing, usually tasty but too spicy. In comes India's Flame. My saviors of delicious and emaculate Indian food options that are perfectly mild enough for my sensitive taste buds. I've tried a few of their vegetarian options, all delicious, but I always have to go back for my Paneer Masala. One of the best things I've tasted. If you're scared of spicy food, but want to give Indian food a shot, GET INDIA'S FLAME.Even if you like it spicy, I'm sure that's great too even though I wouldn't ask for their spicy version in my wildest dreams, GET INDIA'S FLAME.

This was the perfect choice. Just visited Jerry’s Artarama (love it) and wanted easy yummy choice. Great price for Indian buffet and wonderful tasty food choices. Super clean, spacious dining area and helpful kind staff. I will be back.

My partner and I got takeout, and while nothing was bad, everything seemed to lack flavor. I wouldn't turn down any of it, to be clear, just unimpressed. May try other dishes in the future. The staff were quick and takeout was painless.

Food is excellent! And chi-tea

NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!The food is average, but the service is appalling. The waitress over there is the rudest person I have seen!!!! We were treated like 2nd class citizens and the attitude of the waitress was downright insulting. The student discount thing on their website is also a scam....its says on google maps there is a discount but in reality there are no discounts. I would eat my own 90day old refrigerator food instead of coming back to this place again. PATHETIC!!!! SAVE UR MONEY AND STAY AWAY THIS PLACE!!!

Excellent choice for Indian food in the Tempe area. We had the non vegetarian meal and the tandoori meal both were excellent and generous portions of food with each plate.

...service is impeccable and swift...premises are clean...staff is well trained...they are able to, as compared to most other ethnic restaurants, handle a high volume of gig-economy takeouts with walk-in traffic...food is a notch above others, particularly vegetarian...meat dishes are mediocre...surinder can cook some sumptuous stuff, though, when willing!!...appetizers are pedestrian...please try the tandoori roti and peshawari naan...the buffet, only for lunch, post pandemic, is filling and better than acceptable...cooking medium is still probably some mix of hydrogenated oil...please try some dishes from the photos...a great, dependable, 7-days a week dining option...other restaurants have deteriorated, by comparison...prices are increasing a lot, though!!!...
