Today July 8 @ 5pm I was at this place and ordering through drive through. The person who took my order was a nice guy with good customer service. When I get to the cashier window the cashier was very rude. She slammed the card reader after she charge me and she had a ? face. She need some customer service training.
Lines are sometimes long(all the way out to the street)but it moves fast. Food is always good bc
Its.ok I didn't enjoy having to wait in lane for so long. Food was ok
First time at any In n Out. Asked cashier for recommendations. Got single, animal style with fries. Burger had fresh, nice lettuce, tomato, onion. Nice sauce. WHERE WAS THE BURGER? Hardly noticed the burger among the veggies. Fries were hot and good. Place was clean despite being busy. Lots of staff.
Never had a bad experience with these guys , burger always cooked to perfection! Delicious fresh fries , must try the vanilla shake !
Gordon Ramsay’s favorite for a reason. My go to ? joint on the westside. Fresh as always. Although, I came in during rush hour @930pm with the drive thru line STACKED! I was still able to get my food with 5 minutes of ordering. Absolutely delightful.

The service is quick professional and friendly I just wish the burgers were a little thicker it was mostly bun and all the fixings. The fries are good, and I like the way they grill the buns gently with butter or whatever is on there. It makes for a tasty burger but thicker burger please.
A few years ago I had a bad experience at a location in Scottsdale, but I decided to give this location a try. My expectations were far exceeded. Great staff, minimal wait, and delicious food. Would recommend.
A must burguer if you’re in Phoenix, they deliver a delicious burguer and offer a secret menu, which you might one checkout online before arriving there. I tried the animal burguer and the animal fries, honestly a lot of food for me but still worth it.
