We went late night. It took a while to get seated, a while to get someone to take our order (2 in the party) and a while for our food to get out and the food wasn't the freshest. I've never been to this i-hop in the day time. Wouldn't know the type of service and quality of food they give in the day time.
Needs new management. They were out of everything and they don’t tell you until they serve you without the missing item, flies inside, pancakes were so overcooked they were crunchy and hard to cut, and only two servers in the whole place that are too busy to even ask for anything. Our waitress was nice and patient but there’s only so much she can do when the restaurant isn’t being run. No thank you.
They were rude and lazy... I was seated right away but it took 25 minutes before I finally asked the server who seated me why I was still waiting... There were 4 other tables who came in after me that were eating when I was finally able to order. The server told me that she was on break and would tell the other server to help us after she used the bathroom. She was in the bathroom for almost 15 minutes. We did not feel welcomed or at ease and we did not see any reason for the delay other than they assumed we weren't going to tip because they thought we were homeless. We had bags of Laundry with us and looked like we might be homeless. It's so sad that they would assume something like that and that they didn't give us the benefit of the doubt like we deserved.
First off Carrie D (our waitress) was wonderful. Her service was great and she was trying her best given what she had. However. We waited FOREVER to get our food. The first batch was cold, stale, dry and ridiculous. They did remake it quickly though. I’m not sure why we were slacking so much this evening but hopefully a manager sees this. The people in the kitchen suck.
We went for our 11th anniversary. Our first date was at an IHOP in Missouri. We had a wonderful waitress who was very kind and did confirm I still can't use any of the syrups due to corn syrup. We had a great time trying the new omelets. Great service and great food. We'll definitely be going back.
Not my best experience. After ordering food and it was brought out, only then was I notified that they were out of ingredients for my omelette, so I was served without them. Waitress immediately left, without offering alternatives.Waitress forgot several requests for our party of three, which makes sense since there was about 10 tables with people at our time of dinning, divided by their three on duty waiters/waitresses.Flies were on our food, which promptly ended our dining experience.

It's too small, custom service sucks dirty dishes left on table. We were told 25 minutes its been 30 several groups came in after us and has been given tables. Apparently they're shirt staffed, our group has to sit at separate tables. It's really dirty here. They have given ihop a horrible name. I gave a star because I couldn't leave no stars. Don't eat here!
The food is nice and the ambience is decent. However, the service is really slow and you need a lot of patience to wait for your order.
My husband and I walked in and the host was there but did not acknowledge us and he had his airpods. We waited for about 10 minutes and the host isn't doing his job. So then my husband walks to a table and asks the server if we can seat ourselves her reply was "Absolutely not" we said we weren't getting any help from the host so she let us seat. My husband asked her for menus and she came back to SLAM them on our table. We left. Very rude of her. Don't be working there if you don't like your job.
