Me and a Coworker were back in again this morning and what can I say other than top notch customer service and top quality products. The young lady working behind the counter made sure to make us feel welcomed and jumped at the opportunity to prepare a donut for our order that they hadn't put on the shelf yet. Wish I would've got her name to make sure she got the recognition she deserves for being a star at her workplace.
My daughter chose Hurts Donuts instead of a cake for her 31st Birthday!! They were amazing....as usual!
Very sweet and accommodating. I called the day before so that I could have donuts for my birthday and needed them to be done no later than 6am. I wanted to take them to my staff and didn't think I would be able to get them in time. My order was placed and ready by 6am as requested with no issues. I just would like if whom ever is taking the orders knew more about the different varieties that Hurts has to offer. I asked about the different and new kinds that may be available and the person answering, though sweet, just didn't seem interested in donuts.
Donuts are amazing service was poor if the lady working was more polite this would be a 5 star review, but sadly her poor attitude had to be considered. The donuts however are top notch. Advice call ahead and make sure they have the ones you want as I was told they only have what's on display there's no extra in the back.
I came across “donut” search on Google maps and Hurts Donut showed up and said “open 24 hours” I thought there’s no way it’s open 24 hours. So I called and what do you know, it really was open. At 1 am there’s not the best selection but who cares they were open. During the day they have a great selection of donuts. I love this place and take the 45 min drive to get myself a dozen.
Open 25/8, but not well-stocked with donuts during those hours. Would never go on a Saturday again...there was hardly anything to choose from. Decided to make the most of it and get a Dirty Half anyways. The Bavarian Cream donut was good, but none of the others were tasty enough to try more than one bite of. These include: Happy Trails, Moose Munch, Jesus, Peanut Butter Fly, and Caramel Delite. I wanted to love Hurts Donuts, but will go elsewhere when craving donuts next time.
Very nice presentation. Lots of selection. Very clean. Unfortunately, I will not be back as the donuts themselves were all right, the toppings were all sugar with minimal flavor. The only taste palette being hit was sweet. The same issue with the Nutella, there was no Nutella flavor just sugary chocolate icing "flavor". Not for me, but that doesn't mean that someone else won't love them.
Walked in and was surprised of the selection. I had a hard time choosing a dozen. The donuts are absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend stopping here.

I waited a few days before writing this to make sure I still felt this way before going forward. I am writing to say that I was disrespected on Sat morning the 22nd. I've been in many times. I brought in my 2 boys because they've been home sick for the last 3 weeks and we finally got the green light that they were ok leave the house. Our donut trips was the highlight of the day for them. My youngest gets overwhelmed by new environments and lights, that sort of thing. When we got to the counter, after waiting in line, not only did the woman behind the counter give me the longest, dirtiest look; but she ignored my request for help. The man working the register then made weird comments about my kids being "good" birth control for him. Really? He asked me if my youngest was going to be my last baby? How do you know that I haven't been struggling with conceiving? Or previously lost a baby? How do you know that one or both of my kids aren't special needs or on the autism spectrum?Look at the cameras, if you the owner, don't believe me. Completely disappointed in your staff. When you're paying almost $20 + tip for a dozen donuts, I'd expect a little kindness. Maybe working in a donut place isn't for you if you don't like children.
