Don’t order delivery from this location took 2 hours for the driver to get here only to have the complete wrong order and cold food. Called the manager he made things right and sent the same driver out with the correct order and our pizza and wings were cold and we still had to pay 30$ this order should have been free ! We didn’t even eat the food
This place is… well it’s like if little Caesar had a baby with a good home baked frozen pie? :) and named him Howie :) only add some cool crust flavor options and there ya go. Good prices cool service nice location. Go Howie son!
Terrible customer service at this location. The black girl that delivered pizza was rude. Both managers were rude and kept messing up my order. Do not order pizza from them, you will be dissatisfied. You’ve been warned! If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible!!!!!
Stole $50 from us! This was a few months ago. We ordered a simple pizza and 1 order of wings.When we found out it was going to $50, we cancelled our order. But they already had our card info and charged us anyway and delivered nothing. When trying to dispute, they lied and said all food had been delivered.
The only reason I am giving this a one star rating is because they gave my friend and I a free cookie and pizza. The reason being is because we ordered a deep dish half bbq chicken and have meat lovers. One the bbq chicken didn’t even come with bbq sauce on it. And two my friends half was severally undercooked. We went in and told them about it and they gave us a free cookie and pizza. The cookie was delicious but when I got home I decided to eat the other pizza and again it was severely undercooked. I actually ended up throwing up because of it. Hungry Howie's should really get a hold on this because we paid almost $40 for 2 undercooked pizzas. This is just disgraceful
This is what "two" toppings of pepperoni looks like. On top of being given a dry, overcooked pie, they skimped out on toppings. Shame that this is the only Howie's in Tempe.
I've gone there just to get cheated out of marrina and ranch I got sent to central & virginia friday now Sunday my order was all missing then I called the number just get an excuse as to there incompetent work ability to get such a simple order correct corporate office needs to get on the ball . But like everything else it won't catch an ear...I will never buy from any of these stores ...ever it was horrible cold pizza to top of an undisirable experience they only got the Star because google reviews won't let me post unless you hit the Star button
Kids love it! The grandparents love it!! There's something special when two generations agree on anything! Pick up is never an issue and neither are mistakes. I've never had any issues with pick up times or regular errors. Great little pizza pick up spot of ours. Single mom approved!!! ?
The employee lady who is always working evenings/closing, she has a bridge piercing on her nose, she's just beyond amazing!! Seriously the kindest pure of heart human being I've met in this city!! Kudos to Hungry Howie's for employing such an amazing young woman, and many thank yous to her!! You've saved my life many nights with your pure kindness and you deserve a raise or a huge promotion or just something!! Guarantee if I hit it big at the casino or win myself the lottery I'm coming thru and giving you a large chunk of those winnings
Worst Hungry Howie's location I've ever ordered from. Everything was over cooked. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni and black olives and I got hardly any sauce on it and the cheese/crust was the color of a football. Nearly all the black olives were piled into a single slice and there were maybe 6 pepperoni throughout the whole pizza. The only good thing was the crazy amount of cheese on the 3 cheeser Howie bread, which was also overcooked however.
