This unassuming restaurant served up some amazing fare! The service was excellent, the food wowed everyone in our party (three different entrees ordered) and we are eager to go back soon. Keep up the great work!
It’s made with lots of love. Greatest homemade soup!!! It’s their specialty. The fantastic making of just the right amount of Ingredients every time. Thanks to all your staff and cooks. I’ll definitely be back. If your not sure what to get. Spicy Miso Soup ( or ask to put spicy on the side) for first timers it’s a MUST try!!!! Trust me you will never go back to any other soup.
I really enjoyed this place. The menu is very simple and not obnoxious. The karaage combo set is the best deal for food and price I've had compared to other places (fun fact, couldn't even finish). The ramen ? noodles had the perfect consistency. The egg ? had the best flavour compared to other ramen joints. The karaage was crispy and juicy.
Great atmosphere and customer service. I asked several questions and received good honest answers. Delicious food. Well made. I had the miso and itnwas so great. I'll come back
I've tried a bunch of different ramen spots in town. This is by far favorite. The people that work here are kind and attentive. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it.
Never been to a REAL ramen restaurant so my cousin took me to his favorite. I didn't know what to order, but I do like spicy food so I ordered the spicy miso ramen. And tried the octopus rolled up with fish flakes. All of it was good. My cousin tried the soup that wasn't even on the menu yet but has been wanting to try it. The boss came to talk to us because he was so excited about his creation and was excited that my cousin was going to eat it. All of it was good. Loved it and can't wait to eat it again. Cousin loved him so much that is the only thing he is going to be ordering there for a little while.
I especially love the Spicy Miso with pork. It is good for 2 meals. perfect blend of heat, spice and flavor.
Upon walking in, we were greeted almost immediately by both the hostess and chefs. We originally decided to order to-go, but shortly after changed our minds to dine in. We definitely made the right call! The atmosphere is very welcoming and laid back. I ordered the Gyoza combination which comes with of course, Gyoza, a bowl of rice, and your choice of Shoyu or Tonkotsu (what I went with) ramen. My boyfriend decided on the poke bowl and a few moments after we placed our order, the chef approached us. He was very friendly and asked if my boyfriend was sure he wanted the bowl...that they are known for their ramen, suggesting the two most popular ramen dishes. Sold, my boyfriend went with the Spicy Miso ramen. The ramen and side dishes were so good! The chef served us complimentary fried rice since it was our first time eating at the ramen house, even that was delicious. At the end of the meal we ordered sesame balls to-go, which were very light and tasty. The overall experience was as great as it could've been, and we will definitely be back :) thank you Hachi Ramen.
The best Ramen in Arizona period. I drive 4 hours just to eat here once a month and leave satisfied every time. Amazing good and customer service.
Delicious ramen in AZ. The Tonkotsu is so good with curly thick noodle. I love their Karaage, rich flavor and very crunchy.
