If you are looking for 'old school' Mexican food, this is not the place. Wonderful spins on classic dishes. You must try the potato side dish - outstanding!

Ghost Ranch is spectacular! Fresh ingredients, fun colors and tasty bites! One right after another! Everything was so scrumptious and Erika was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! A relaxed modern family style environment. So much yummm!

We ate here with our son. We had about a 15 min wait. Happy hour drinks seemed to be lacking alcohol. You have to pay $7 for chips that includes 2 kinds of salsa and guac. They were all good. I had the pozole, listed as a beef and pork stew with hominy. I got hominy stew. There were literally 4 tiny pieces of meat and a ton of hominy. Flavor was good, but this was barely meat flavored. My husband had the Aztec cake which was bland. Our son had the fish tacos. Tortillas were tiny and barely held the fish. Prices were high.

Good was so delicious, restaurant is beautiful, clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back

The southwest flavors were amazing. The use of peppers on the ribeye was delicious. Need to go back and try all the dishes.

Delightful authentic, well prepared southwestern food. Friendly staff. Busy so you may have to wait but it is WORTH it. Each dish we ordered was very good. Portions are generous. Drinks are good. Can't miss with Ghost Ranch.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here! A somewhat neuville approach to the great Southwestern cuisine many in the west and across the country have come to appreciate. Especially my wife and I. Ghost Ranch has brought the art of New Mexican and Southwestern cuisine to a new height. A delectable one at that!. We love the modern Southwestern décor, the comfortable and ingenious restaurant design, not to mention its robust ambience. On our visit, we went all out on what they appear to be ‘famous’ for, so we started boozing with their Prickly Pear Frozen Rita that was superb – tingly and libatious. I personally fell for the harder hitting ‘Mescal’ Mai Tai - a hail to Polynesia with an incredible Southwestern punch. Our starters started with their formidable and very tasty Sandia Gazlpacho with which you could appreciate its ingredients that include watermelon, tomato, pepper, cucumber, sherry and I detected more they are not telling us about – delish! To get the most of what they offer from the start we both went for and devoured their Sampler Platter which offered us a Butchers Steak, Pork Enchilada, Chicken Enchilada and a Chile Relleno… nothing on this platter could be negative. Every tidbit, every chew was tender, juicy and superbly flavorful. Finally comes my order, a Steamed Chile Relleno with an incredible combination of mushroom, chimayo chile, leeks and an unbelievable goat cheese sauce (what my wife hates and I love) – it was to die for. The meal was wrapped up with a desert of a fabulous platter-placed Churro Ice Cream Sandwich, which according to the menu are fresh made churros (so it seemed), vanilla ice cream with Mexican Chocolate Sauce, with Cajeta and Banana Brulé. A unique concoction which is incredible – who goes wrong with ice cream and churros? Take it from me, it’s a place worth coming to – regularly. You guys are doing it well – Kudos and keep it up. We’ll be back!

I was surprised by this place! Nobody ever talks about it but they should! Interior is really nice & clean, beautifully decorated. I got the swordfish taco platter to share & the salsa & guac dip appetizer with a Paloma to drink! The corn tortillas were hand made fresh right then & they were amazing!!! Fish was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. I’m usually not a red salsa fan but even this one was good! Guac and green salsa were amazing! I can’t wait to come back here & try another dish!

In all honesty, we went to Ghost Ranch twice during our 4 day visit because it was so good! The fresh ingredients, flavor combinations, and presentation were all super. Homemade chips, salsas, and guacamole were a nice start. The citrus salad was awesome. Chile relleno and seasonal vegetable enchiladas were totally scrumptious. Rancho papas on the side good and filling. Will definitely be back when in town.

Another delicious meal with my man. Ghost ranch is nicely decorated. The service was fantastic and the food and drinks spectacular!
