it was overpriced for what you get. AND YES i know açaí bowls are a little pricey but i got a small and it was not worth the price it reminded me of a school lunch and the vibe was off
Favorite place to get my smoothies and acai bowls. Love how well they blend everything together. Perfect combination of ingredients and fairly quick, especially if you order ahead online!
So I ordered a small Açaí bowl and two small heartbeets with ice today. Generally when you order with ice it’s served in a medium container but today it was served in a small container. The heartbeet is red so you can’t see how much ice is in it. After leaving the store I realize that it was mainly ice so I brought it back and asked that it be remade. The young attendant agreed that he would remake it and I stepped outside the store for a second and when I came back inside, his supervisor comes out and tells me that they will not replace the drink for me as I left the store before realizing it was served in the wrong container.This puzzled me as I come here often and they even have outstanding rewards for me so I asked why this was an issue. Supervisor proceeded to tell me that he said what he said and that I was to leave the store. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was going to call the police if I did not leave so I told him to go right ahead. This all happened while other customers were in the store as well.As a business owner myself, I am aware that the people you employ can make or break your business. This was a very bad experience and very unnecessary. I do hope owners read these reviews as this guy is going to chase customers away with his arrogance and very bad customer service.
Soooo delicious and amazing customer service! We got oatmeal and the strawberry passion açaí bowl, and both were great! Highly recommend checking out this place, so many healthy and delicious options!
Service was just a little slow. Acai bowl is okay. They blend theirs to kind of make a soft serve which is not bad versus some other places that have soft serve machines.
Best acai bowls in the greater Phoenix area…trust me I’ve tried them all! Marcy runs a great business. My favorite order is the peanut butter bowl, swap juice for almond milk, add vanilla pea protein! YUMMY!!❤️
sweet/friendly staff and fresh yummy bowls :) this is one of the very few açaí places that have many fruit options to blend for the base, rather than only açaí or pitaya.

OK the store does make delicious acai bowls but today one of the employees a girl at 6:20pm was mocking me making fun of the way I talk when I told her that açai bowl was too runny very wateryShe did not realize she left the door a little bit open and I could hear everything I did not appreciate her service at all I asked her for the number of the owner and I got a number that nobody answers to was treated very disrespectfully by her today I could not believe that this could happen at this place when there’s been other employees that have been outstanding at the end it turns out she has boyfriend problems but that’s no reason why she needs to disrespect me !
