You can always have a great meal and some great drink specials here. The Stir Fry bowls are great. You pick what you want and they stir fry it for you. The drinks by my favorite bartender Mike are always on point! Great place to hang out with a friend(s) and just chill out before a movie.
The food turned out to be tasty, but didn't like the way u get to make custom bowls as compared to other Mongolian grills..
The price and size of the serving bowl is fair.It gets busy in this small place. Friends brought us here. It was tasty and hot. I definitely added too much spice lol I'd return. Our server (male) did an amazing job with so many demands from my party and the other people in there.
I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. The wait staff was amazing and attentive, but it seems the grill guy didn't know what he was doing. Maybe he was new? My rice was not fully cooked and the vegetables seemed overcooked. He also did not put in the egg I paid extra for. I was really hungry and we waited quite awhile to get our food so I ate it anyway.My friend said her meal was good and we were able to sit and talk for a long time. Overall it was nowhere near as good as other locations I have been to.
I'm not sure how this place is still in business, if people eating at this restaurant could only see the kitchen you would be sick to your stomach, mold, rust where food is prepared, air ducts are full of mold and mildew, the walls in the kitchen are falling in food. I have proof pictures and videos.
The host was very helpful. He made sure one of the televisions was on the Suns game, per our request. The waitress explained everything to us since it was our 1st time there. Food selection was awesome. The people at the grill were helpful with sauce selection. And the food tasted fantastic!
I really like this place.If you are not good mixing ingredients for your bowl, you can try one of the receipts they have.Good quality ingredientes, great attention, great location.
It was so fun making my own bowl and then someone else cook it and bring it to the tablea delicious. Great staff.
Today was a special day for my mom and of all places we could take her to celebrate we choose Genghis grill. A co-worker suggested it and said it was the best. I’m not complaining about the food it was good. Customer service tho not so welcoming. Our server wasn’t very nice and had an attitude. I let him know it was our first time and didn’t know how it worked. He didn’t explain he just stared at us, he looked irritated by our questions. I don’t let servers like this ruin my day. At the end the server decided to take our bowls without asking. My daughter wasn’t done, she actually had some left and wanted to take it home. Then he came back and thru our check on the table. I don’t know if I’ll give it another try.
My wife and I just came here tonight and ordered 2 regular sized bowls to go. She has a severe shrimp allergy and we even had our allergy detection service dog with us. She informed the server of this allergy and he noted it. We waited 25 mins for our bowls which was understandable on a Friday night. As soon as we got to the car, she had our service dog check it and she alerted to the shrimp which was all mixed in the food. Good thing she didn’t eat it because her allergies are life threatening. I then returned to the restaurant and the server told me he would remake it immediately. Another 30 mins go by and I finally got the food but now my food was cold. I got no apology nothing. The manager was standing there and did not say a word to me. I brought the food back to the car and then saw they gave me the small sized bowl while I paid for a regular. I didn’t bother going back in at this point it’s been over an hour. Never again.
