This place is awful. Worse customer service that I have ever experienced. First they bring the entrees but did not bring a grill. Then they bring no seasonings or sauces... no drinks ... no eating utensils. We had to ask multiple times. Then they offer refills for the drinks, but never bring any. I could keep going but I won't. First time I've left a restaurant hungry after paying $35 for my meal.
I brought a friend to eat at this place with me. She gave me a 2 thumbs up and we enjoyed eating lunch here.I don't mind cooking the meat. We tried steak, garlic chicken, bulgogi, and pork belly. We had spicy cucumbers, sliced garlic, salad, gyoza fried dumplings and rice as side dishes.My favorite meat is the kalbi but that is on the dinner menu only. I was sad but I'm glad we had an opportunity to eat here again. They offer rewards here so take advantage of it.
Wait was outrageously long, BUT it’s worth it. It’s all you can eat and the cuts of meat they offer are delicious! It’s also a fun date night experience because you cook the meat yourself at the table. I don’t usually eat much pork, but the spicy pork belly is a must try!
Used to frequent Gen locations in California and AZ. Recent trip, things have slightly changed since pre covid, but overall quality of meat is still good! Went for lunch time and service was excellent, side dishes were good. One of the few places that I’ve been to that serves the rice paper! Shrimp was nicely seasoned, meats had great flavor and texture.
Not a quiet place. Plastic dividers between booths. Most food is cooked by you at your table. No traditional desserts. Bringing out the next round of food was a little slow, imho. We did the 26$ all you can eat. Time limit at the table is 90 minutes. Music was sorta loud. Table had lights, but not a bright restaurant. I
Terrible!! We’ve been here 2 times before this and had great service. Today was awful. They sat us back by the dirty dishes and busboy area, and I mean right next to it (see the pictures). From the time we walked in though the staff was all incredibly disinterested in anyone and rude, like they didn’t want to be there. Then we had a waitress who was nice, but so overworked that she only came to our table a total of 5 times. We didn’t get to order enough food for our party of five before our 90 minute allotted time ran out. We only got to place 4 orders of 4 items and only received 3 of them, and the portions were extremely small.Like I said, we’ve been there before and had a good experience, this was just terrible. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty and had wet floors and I made the mistake of looking in the kitchen as I walked past…. I guess I should have been happy I didn’t get more food because it was so filthy. I will not be going back ever again and I do not recommend to anyone. Another thing is that their time the wait was only 1 1/2 hours. Other times they make you wait 3 or more hours and when your table is ready you only have 5 minutes to get to the restaurant with your whole party. Just the worst.
We are satisfied customers everytime we eat there. The service is on point and awesome food....
Great food but you need to get in the waiting list. We were 15 miles out and got on the list with a 30-60 minute wait. It took us 28 minutes to get there and when we checked in, it was a 3 hour wait to get in
