Food is good for the price! Drinks are well made, and the chips and salsa are great. We have been a few times, and we never had a problem with the service except one time. Buttttt that was because they were understaffed for the night and the waiter had 7-10 tables he was running around taking care of, so we didn't complain. Definitely will be coming back.
I hadn't been to any Garcia's in years. I forgot how good it is! I got some kind of burrito with chicken and jalapeño cream cheese and it was awesome! I don't live on this side of town otherwise I'd go back to this location specifically. Our waitress was straight and to the point. She kept the refills coming and was quick. Don't forget the fried ice cream for dessert!
I give this location a 4 out of 5...Morgan our waitress was fantastic, she consistently checked on us to ensure all are needs were taken care of, she was very knowledgeable and familiar with all our different sauces...Food was excellent, I had the Pollo Fundido, I felt it was perfect and very flavorful...I tried the Peach Margarita, which Morgan had recommended and to my surprise it was very good. I also had a Mango and Raspberry Margarita, also very well made.The only downfall was our appetizers, we chose the sample platter and the only thing with any flavor was the quesadilla, everything else was very bland. If this doesn't get corrected, I strongly suggest to do a hard pass on the Sample Platter.* Update 8 May 2022:Morgan was our server once again, she's very attentive, everything was perfect, even the appetizer, so full of flavor.I had the Smothered Jack Fajitas and this is a must try dish, you know the seasoned the meat perfectly and it was so tender, you won't be disappointed with this dish...I changed my 4 Star to a 5 Star, the place is kept very clean and this is also important for a great experience...
When we got there it was slow which was nice since it was Mother's day. The server was sweet, and she did what she could, but our silverware was dirty they brought us plates all of them were dirty I had a water and lime beverage next to me on the window seal that was not mine, and the good was ok... I feel we just got whatever was left over from their night. Usually the service and food are amazing here but this day it was not.
Hands down I believe their food is better than their pictures and the ratings actually say. They were very slow getting food out to people but it was well worth the wait. Happy hour is the best here
Good flavor, drink & ambiance… Happy Hour is 7 days a week which is a plus. A cute patio sitting area. Everything ordered is made fresh to order & tastes great. Chicken & Steak mixed quesadillas are so GOOD! For dinner had the Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada w a Spinach Enchilada (normal rice & beans sides… Arrive early if u don’t want to wait for seating…
It was a very good night we enjoyed ourselves the food was excellent we had a good night for a birthday celebration thanks Garcia's staff for such a wonderful night
My meal last time was a mess. The one in the Arizona Mills Mall consistently has better service and better quality food. This one disappoints every time with Taco Bell quality food instead of the authentic meal I was looking forward to. Three out of three visits were a fail. I'll stick to the good location in the mall.
Good quality Mexican at fair prices. The quesadilla salad is a favorite. The chips are great. Not only do they give you salsa but also queso. The patio is amazing. The service is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The menu has all the traditional choices that you’d expect. (The plaza it’s in could use an update.)
This place is good; not the best and not the worst. Although the food was fine, the service was non-existent. The outdoor patio was nice, but the best section (by the fireplace) was closed off because of COVID?!?I probably wouldn't eat here again, and would opt for Macayos, but I guess if you are in the area, you could check them out.
