??Awesome experience?? after a long day of work and yet still not over with I stopped by for a quick bite to eat ordered a small and all of the employees insured that I knew exactly what I was ordering to make sure that I wasn’t walking out hungry they showed me the sizes and I was able to order the correct one to fill me up these guys are awesome! Definitely gonna be coming back to this location clean as I can be in everybody’s so friendly, I think that’s hard to come by these days great work guys keep it going!?????
This place is good not great but way better than subway and Quiznos for sure. One of the problems is,they waste paper bags. I can see if it is to go,you may need a bag but if you eat inside this place, there is no need to waste any materials.

Okay so I was having such a good day to only have it ruined cause they messed up my WHOLE order. I wanted to have dinner with my husband and well I couldn't cause I had to waste our dinner time on me driving all the way back to get my order fixed. Yes they fixed it. Yes I got the correct order at the end of the day, however I lost time with my family AND her excuse for the girl that messed up my WHOLE order was because it was "busy". It was NOT busy. I was the only one there when she made my food, the rush came after she made my food. It's one thing to miss modifications on one sandwich, but messing it up on both our sandwiches, forgetting my soup, also having the Mac and cheese be portioned as though it was a cup instead of a bowl. Oml I don't want to go back to this location, but I don't have a choice cause it's the ONLY one in the area.
Amazing staff and wonderful food. Ingredients are always fresh and the subs are delicious. Would definitely recommend this location.
I really miss living near this particular location. Hands down the best quality and service compared to any other Firehouse Subs in the valley, my order was always right and ready on time and the employees were friendly. Every other location I've been to has horrific service. Love Firehouse Subs but I don't have a way to satisfy my craving anymore, wish the other stores would learn from this one.
Hot, fresh, good quality... But all Firehouse Subs are that way in my experience. A bit pricy compared to other sub shops, but worth the extra few bucks. I like the Meatball Sub, so much food!
I love this location! I go out of my way to go here. The staff is friendly and the brisket sandwich is always worth it.
This place is the best sandwich place I've ever been to. I always preferred Subway because they have Italian herbs and cheese bread and they have pepperoni but this is amazing. They have two bread choices but the white bread is so good. Their chili is really good too. This was the first time I had been here and the dudes here helped me pick my food.
Experience was great as always. Welcoming environment, friendly staff and great food. My only complaint is that I asked for extra mushrooms on the side and they almost always forget them.
