large portions & great service
Great place and atmosphere... you have several options for seating and the outside patio is huge and pet friendly... food and beer are on point!!! Spinach dip and the burger I had tasted really good!!!! Several local beers to choose from.

Third time here in the last year (I'm from out of town). Discovered Fate last year while in Tempe for a girls' week and had to return with my husband. The beers are delicious and the seating area is very open and roomy. We had the Calabrian pizza (nice and spicy sausage!) which was to die for. Also ordered the jalapeno fritters which were good but a little over cooked. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely return the next time we're in Tempe to see my son.
AWWWWW man amazing ambience. My work team in town for a meeting. Reserved top floor. Had two servers for our group. We got Ceviche, beer pretzels, spinach Alfredo and wings as appetizers. They were all amazing. I ended up getting Fate’s salad with the Champagne vinaigrette. It was great. The chicken was amazing. Would definitely return to this establishment if I’m back in Tempe.
I have been eating Reubens and judging them for a very long time and in many different locations...this is THE BEST EVER!...bread, sauce (on the side) sauerkraut with caraway seeds, tons of hand carved meat...the BEST! Fries are cloned from Mickey Dee's, great! Fish n Home Chips outstanding. Tequila Sunrise, fine. Blonde beer ok - not a beer lover. Hatch chili beer sample was very tasty. WILL is AWESOME, not only as a server but he could share an enjoyable conversation. Good luck to Will in the future - hopes for marriage in the near future. Good luck to Will in the future - hopes to get into the fire fighter role soon. What a great place - our daughter and friend went there that evening and reported that this was a SCORE!
Our group of nine was seated very quickly (Thursday about 5:30/6:00pm). Good variety of beers to choose from and the ones we ordered were very good. Lots of food options on the menu, including the Drunken Chicken (chips) and Hawaiian Burger (tater tots). Two in our group were not thrilled with their pizzas and did not take leftovers with them. We have now been to 4 breweries on this trip and while this isn't our favorite, it was still a great experience.

I went out here for a friend's birthday party. The place is really cute and laid back. There's indoor and outdoor seating and we got placed outdoors.It wasn't too busy and became less so as the evening progressed.I ordered the Lunchbox Burger and Mrs Clause beer. Both were very good. The Burger was fascinating because I had never had those combinations before (peanut butter and fig jam on a burger). It was a little confusing at first but overall very tasty. The beer was great. Not bitter or too heavy. I ended up getting a growler later.The staff were friendly and helpful. You could tell they were super busy with work though. Not enough staffing just like everywhere.I definitely recommend this place though.
Food and drinks were really good and waitress was nice. We were sitting in the second floor by the railing, we had an incident, my friend's fork fell from the table by accident and it rolled through the hole at the bottom of the railing (which they should cover to avoid something like this, see pic) falling to the first floor. It was of course unintentional, we apologized to the people downstairs. One of the managers, John, came up and had the WORST attitude like we did it on purpose, he insulted another of my friends and didn't stop staring at us to the point he made us so uncomfortable my friend had to go talk to him and tell him how rude he was. Some of the staff said he usually gets those kind of comments about him being rude. He should not be in the hospitality industry!!!Edit: Changing my rating from 1 to 5 since Steve (the owner) contacted us and brought us to their Scottsdale location and we had a completely different experience. Their customer service was exceptional, the food was fantastic. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back!
