So tonight we wanted to try out this particular Fatburger. Wish we hadn't.For as much as we paid, it was not worth it.Buns ob the burgers tasted nasty and kinda old. It was falling apart into crumbs like old bread. At least provide some good quality buns. Geezzz. The location that was located in downtown Mill had the Best juicy burgers.Fat fries were bland. Nothing exciting.Don't waste your money here at this location. Not worth it
I have never seen such a horrible place. The door you open to walk into the restaurant was so dirty and nasty. It has not been cleaned in weeks/months. I drove 30 miles to eat here for my birthday. I was so let down. The floor was so sticky under my feet that I could hear it popping when I lifted my feet. They put way too much pepper on the burgers. What was up with that? These were not the Fatburgers that I remember. What a let down. Dinner cost me $60.00. All we had were three thousand island burgers and 3 fries, two drinks and a kids meal. For a 4yr. old. Why did they give a little kid so many fries. Never will I go there again. The dirtiest place I ever eaten at! I tried to find a place to call and report, but I only found this. What a horrible birthday dinner!!!! I hope that management reads this and does something about it. Workers standing around when they could be cleaning. Very unhappy patron! You lost a great customer.
Ersh made fantastic burgers. He was working by himself. He managed to get our order out quickly and efficiently. He also had a smile and great customer service the whole time.

Been there once and it was a life-changing experience. Tried to go again during a lunch hour, and they were closed even though business hours said it was open.
Normally, it's a great experience when my girlfriend and I visit this location but the past couple times have been far below poor experiences.1. Three weeks ago, the place was absolutely full of trash in the evening. There was no lemonade and when we asked a rep, they said they would fill it then they end up not doing it prior to closing. Lastly, when I received my burger, it had the cheese I asked them not to put on.2. My girlfriend and I visited tonight but none of the drinks came out right. Due to the sodas not working, we decided to go with lemonade yet it was completely watered down like there was no sugar. I asked if they could not put cheese on my burger and once again, there was cheese on it. I normally order the wester burger but apparently, they had no onion rings.I might visit again in the Winter.
