Been coming to this El Pollo Loco for 11 years and have always been happy. Recently they've had issues messing up my order. Today I ordered a double chicken avocado salad. The cashier asked if I was requesting the double chicken tostada salad. I corrected her and told her again I wanted the double chicken avocado salad.Several minutes later I was served a salad in a tostada that clearly was not what I ordered. When I tried to get them to correct the order, a person from behind the grill came around and tried to explain to me in Spanish that it was the same thing and that I apparently should just dump the salad out of the tostada and eat it that way.In the end I chose to ask for a refund as I was not comfortable with the state of service at this point.After 11 years this unfortunately might be my last trip to this location.
If you ever want to know how rubber taste. Then this is the location to go and eat it. ?
Just had pieces of chicken and a shrimp taco. The shrimp taco was ok. The chicken was a little crunch and the seasoning could of been better. Maybe another location?
Well the sprite was good!Moved my office to mesa a year ago and go often to this place. Particular Drive thru lady is always so rude. Can’t wait til I finish ordering. You can tell she gets upset when we special order an item like no onion etc. always rushes orders and it’s not like there was long line.Today the chips were thrown in a baggie and were all crushed not even tied the salsas looked like they went bad. I don’t care how long an employee is there someone needs to put her in check hopefully the new so called manager will do something to get it running like it use to.
Grilled chicken and a fairly good selection of sides. Great way to feed the family if you're crunched for time. Consistently above average fast casual dining.
Good food. Very fast. They usually bring my order out curbside before I can even mark I'm there in the app. Friendly staff
This is my second visit and ordered the Classic tostada salad and it's actually very good. The staff is friendly and they keep the dining clean. I certainly will recommend to others.
My first time... drive through staff kind and thorough, patiently helped me get enough food for 8 with some left over for snacks the next day. We will be back!
The people working here are amazing. -My husband loves it so much here he comes 3 times a week just because the customer service is the best. Nothing beats this location! Thank you!!
poor Food quality and service Other Location are way better stay away from this one. I ordered churros after letting them now that they forgot the cinnamon and sugar they got a huge attitude who eats a churro with out cinnamon and sugar ?
