The manager is so rude they gave me the wrong item and I told them it was incorrect. They gave me so much attitude and the manager then told me I need to be clearer next time.Please treat your customers better
idk man, the staff was rude and short and the toasted bagel I got was cold.I know it's a small detail but I ordered a latte with caramel and they gave me a caramel macchiato, but a problem, they're pretty much the exact same thing, except my drink was SO sweet I could barely drink it and the macchiato is more expensive... so I got overcharged... anyway, I think I'll just stick to the Starbucks downstairs from now on. honestly, id rather go to the pod

Drove all the way to ASU since it said it was open and it’s closed. They need to update the hours at the MU during school breaks.
Very friendly staff, orders come quick. Lots of selections and great prices. My favorite store when I'm in the area.
I didn't purchase anything at this location because they didn't give any point for purchase with the app. This is why I gave 4 stars. If points matter to you, avoid this location especially if you have rewards to redeem. I walked down the street to the Rural Rd location. See my review of them.

Good place
The bagels here are consistently fresh and good.....but their coffee is strong but with no redeeming qualities like taste. They changed coffee recently, but I have noticed no actual improvement - sadly this often makes me not stop there
